Very easy check in and out. Explanation of the rental was clear. Drop off was easy. The truck was easier to drive than I thought and there were so many great directions on the app and on the visor.

Ryan went above and beyond to get me specific parts that I needed to have same-day. He not only found me the right parts, he also informed me that the initial products I was looking to purchase could possibly void my vehicle's electrical warranty. U-Haul's 12' two-axle trailer was fully loaded for a 1,000+ trip. It towed very smooth and straight. No issues; No surprises.

DO NOT RENT A STORAGE UNIT FROM THIS PLACE!
Worst local management and Corporate general manager ever!
A individual stole from my storage unit and I had proof and they didn't do anything about it.
After me letting them know how dissatisfied I was with their lack of concern, they terminated my rental agreement and kick me out instead.
Not to mention that homeless people lock themselves in the bathroom intended for people who rent their storage units.
Homeless people lurk around the property day and night.
Not a safe place at all.

I would definitely recommend this location to anyone that would ask if I know the best U-Haul location or the best place to get a truck for rent this location in mission Avenue is by far way beyond any other facility that I have been to and I’ve rented a lot of U-Haul trucks, this facility is always kind informative they’re on top of their game. Their vehicles are always ready to go. Your reservations are always on point and I love all the staff. I would highly recommend. !!!

The entire experience was the absolute best!! From the professionalism to the communication, from the cleanliness to the overall way I was treated has been nothing short of amazing!! I highly recommend this location for all U-haul and storage needs!!

First of all getting through to this particular store was a nightmare, always handed off to the website!!! My order was mistaken and the unit installed was the wrong size! Enitionally the store agreed to replace the unit with the right size for the cost of the difference of the right size unit! Both times the insulation was performed by Eddie who was not only proffesional but solved a problem that came up and was the hardest worker I have ever seen under the circumstances!!! Eddie is a real benefit to this store . When I came to pay for the difference in the units we were informed we had to pay for the labor to reinstall ;however, after some conversation, Kayla approved the original conversation! I believe that we were treated fairly and professionally and therefore would recommend them in the future. Just have someone at the store answer the phone!!! Respectfully, Bill Almeida
