UPS cost me money, caused a massive headache, and completely wrecked an entire week of my life. I ordered a phone and was given no option but signature on delivery. That meant I had to wait outside from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.—nine exhausting hours in the heat—because UPS can’t do its job properly. No knock, no doorbell, just a slip saying “no one was home,” while I was standing there the entire time.
On the second attempt, things somehow got worse—the package was marked as “lost.” No phone, no explanation, no accountability. I was told to just return it to the sender. The driver even admitted the package was on his route but said, “I can’t find it in my truck—I didn’t pack it, not my fault.” He took my number and promised to call after checking with his supervisor. He never did.
Now I’m still being charged for a phone I never received, stuck with the stress, the runaround, and zero resolution. UPS operates with incompetence and zero regard for its customers. I hope this company is hit with every lawsuit it deserves and collapses under the weight of its own failure.

I see some negative reviews and I’m really surprised. This is my go-to UPS Store and I’ve never had better experiences anywhere else. I’ve passed on other options (and other UPS Stores) to bring UPS or USPS drop-offs here because I trust the staff and there’s hardly ever a wait/line.
All of the staff are extremely friendly and patient. The pricing is no different than anywhere else (including Amazon returns that they have ZERO control of). I was not paid or otherwise incentivized to post this.

I have used the services at this particular ups store on multiple occasions now, and every time they have made it a quick and painless process. Hands down best service from any ups store i have been too.

Service is the worst thing about this place there is a girl that works there seems somewhat young and she is really short there are two girls the other one is really nice, so is the man extremely helpful.
But the really short one ruins this store for me extremely irritable and just not a nice person she needs to get another job where she doesn't deal with customers. I went in trying to drop my package and I had to have my label printed and she seem irritated by it and she seemed irritable that she had to wait for me to email it to them just an attitude the whole time. But she seemed like that with everyone that came as I was waiting. This is not the first time I've dealt with her. Thankfully there are a couple options for ups stores around here so I will drive the extra minutes to drop my packages instead of dealing with someone who seems to have an attitude for no reason.

Whats the point of selecting a free amazon return no label no box needed if this store charges you $7 dollars for a box and label ????? Is this a scam?? And just to put the cherry on top the young lady have a horrible attitude
Management please find another employee and stop charging extra items for something is supposed to be free!!

I haven’t had the best experiences with UPS as a whole, but this location has proven itself in my opinion. Customer service and the drivers kept making it difficult to obtain a package I ordered and it was like pulling teeth to figure out. But Melissa who owns this location, was patient, professional, and courteous. She was able to request the package be sent to this location and took a major stress off my mind. I full heartedly appreciate the service and support from this location and advocate its work ethic and staff.

When to drop off my Amazon return, this morning 7/16. I was told by a young lady that I needed to pay an extra $9 to put a sealed item into another box, because that was Amazon’s rules, I spoke to Amazon about it, they told me that was not true so I drove to a different ups store and no issue. This place is very untrustworthy, they just lost a customer for $9. I guess this was not the first time trying this little scam

Very dishonest with Amazon returns claiming we need to purchase their own box to do returns. Did verify with Amazon that that is incorrect so I went to another UPS location that processed my return without any problems. And the no need to have to purchase a box I don’t trust this UPS location I wouldn’t suggest it for your business

I was returning an item for Amazon. The person ahead of me had some complicated ish and the gal at the counter just waved me forward, scanned my barcode, and had me out the door without breaking cadence or attention with the other customer in front of her. Multitasking for the win! Quickest drop off ever!

I never have a long wait at this location. All transactions have gone smoothly and the staff is efficient and friendly.
