Long line just to be told we need to get into another line to wait for the supervisor and it's been half hour and no supervisor. We're not getting mail or service.

The slowest post office in a 15 mile radius. I went there last year and waited in line for an eternity and the same two employees were working then were working there again at the end of July. I waited in line for 20 minutes and when I left there were nearly 20 people in line.

This is listed as a 24 kiosk location on the USPS website. This is not accurate. There is no after hours option for packages.

Post sent my package to sender and listed the reason as to being a listing vacant address,
I haven’t moved…
Additionally, after calling USPS customer
Service we were able to confirm that the shipping address did in fact match my home address. Use USPS at your own risk, however, if the package is important to you, pay the extra couple of bucks for UPS or FeDEX as they will figure out a way to resolve the issue and ensure a happy outcome. USPS couldn’t care less what happened in my experience and told me there’s nothing they could do as their hand were tied 😑

These USPS employees are a joke. I came to pick up a package that I requested a hold for pickup on. I actually requested it to the Blvd location, but my tracking status said it was at the Mission location so I went there. First time I went some guy (didn't catch his name) attended me and I told him about my package. Told me it wasn't there and that I should go check the other location, in which I did but no luck. I went back the second day and this time some chubby Asian (I think) guy attended me and as I gave my info this guy acted so impatient and like he hated his job. And again he told me its not there, so I demanded to speak with the boss. The boss was the very one who actually helped. He recalled to have seen it and went to go get it. Hooray for the boss. Chubby guy, I suggest you look for another job cuz clearly you must not like working there.

Usually a long line because only one or two postal workers behind the desk. Lots of frustrated people trying to handle mail issues beyond their control.
They recently lost a package being sent to me and have no idea where it ended up. I can’t recommend coming to this post office for anything other than dropping off a prepaid package.

Just be kind to the staff and you’ll be taking care of. Trent was the gentleman who helped me when I stopped by right before closing and was particularly swamped when he did. I smiled, exchanged pleasantries and ultimately my experience there that day was amazing. I would highly recommend just being kind.

This is one of the worst Office I know of and the other one is in RB. WE have to pick our mail up because our mailbox where we live was tempered with and it's it takes forever to get it replaced. The lines are sometimes going out the door. There are only two counters open and we would have to wait in line. We feel like we live in a 3rd world country. The mailman are getting paid to deliver the mail and not for the customer to pick it up every day. This is so frustrating to say the least

Without notifying anyone they have decided to lock their mailbox lobby after hours- making it impossible for working people to ever check a PO Box unless it's during their very limited day time hours. Wish I knew that before spending all that money on a PO Box.

It's not in the best neighborhood and there is usually always a line. However, the customer service there is really good. I never had any issues either picking up mail or mailing out mail.
