Walked in to add a line to my plan. Asked a rep if he could help. Response was he didn't have his credentials. Proceeded to wait 10 minutes no one else came to greet or help. Customer service was awful

I went to this Verizon store in January and bought a phone from Bibiana. She told me the monthly fee would be $55. I paid all the fees and taxes. My first bill was $155, and my 2nd bill is $85. I went back to ask her why and she was super rude, and claimed she never said that, and if Verizon adds more fees that is not her fault. Be very careful if you do business with her. She is fast and loose with the numbers and will not help with the fallout in any way. I will never do business with Verizon again.

Came in to buy my son the gizmo watch. Bibiana was so helpful. I asked her if I was going to have any other fees. She said no. We ordered the watch. I came in a few days later. She asked if I wanted the protection screen. I declined as I didn’t have cash on hand. She then told me, “well you need money to pay for the taxes or you can’t take the watch”. I responded “I asked you if there were any other charges and you said no”. Her response was “well you should know when purchasing a phone, there will be taxes”. That was very rude of her. I told her that you’re not supposed to talk to customers like that. And that she must have forgotten to tell me. And she responded “I’m human we make mistakes”. I said “that’s perfectly fine, but just saying you might have forgotten would have been nicer than being rude”.. she apologized. I ended up buying it with my credit card which I didn’t not want to. Drove home, got cash and went to Another Verizon and bought the protection screen. I will not be returning to your location.

Horrible internet service especially at night. Can't stream our shows, is worthless. Upgrade made no difference. We don't have fiber so it's been frustrating and this box thing is a joke.

I went in May 5 to see what offers were available and the employee offered me a trade in promo for 800$ off the iPhone 14 it’s been 7 months and I have yet to get the promotion. I have went in multiple times and every employee I speak with gives me a different reason why I haven’t received the promo and constantly give me the answer of it may take another month. I called the Verizon custom service every month for the past 5 months and non of the customer service reps were able to help me due to this Verizon store being a third party authorized realtor.yesterday I finally got through to a custom service employ that took the time to research what the issue was. And he told me that I was never eligible for that promotion due to my plan and that the original employee processed my original trade it without a promotion and only gave me 70$ credit for my trade in. So after 7 months I was finally told that I am SOL on my 800$ credit.

Customer service rep Daniel was excellent but your activation fees and accessories are Astronomical after paying for $1000 plus phone. I get five stars for customer service, but only three stars for cost.

This is NOT Verizon. This is an “independent” store and is owned by ABC phones of North Carolina DBA Victra. Read all of their fine print before you purchase anything here. One of the sales reps charged me twice for $29.99 for the set up and go service which we didn’t use. We took the phones home and did everything ourselves. They didn’t do anything to set up our phones and yet charged us. We also were sold the 5G home Internet, plus system and we didn’t need it so we took it back the next day and they wouldn’t except it. I had to mail it back to the manufacturer. Not a good experience at all.
