I recently got my COVID-19 vaccine at this pharmacy, and I must say the quality of service was exceptional. The pharmacist who administered the vaccine was not only professional but also incredibly friendly, which put me at ease. When it comes to protecting your health, the value of such a service is truly priceless. I couldn't be happier with the experience, and I'm grateful to this pharmacy for helping to keep our community safe.

The worst and most complicated pharmacy that can exist. They make everything difficult, they don't want to accept what the doctor tells them, they want the doctor to always do everything twice, every time.

OMG VONS HELLO what is going on with your stores in Escondido??? All of them are just BAD Customer Service is a joke Especially this one located in Felicia I went in there this morning just needed to by two simple things. milk and cereal. The heavyset cashier and the other employee when I approached the checkout lane were talking about alcohol drinks for five minutes as the employee was shopping not even acknowledge of my presence the CUSTOMER I was there. When finally I had to blend in on the conversation just to get out of there. As I was served the blimp was giving me attitude and arrogant disposition. I left in angry and upsetting matter. VONS I don't know what happened to your stores once upon a time you were wonderful Fresh produce clean store WONDERFUL ASSOCIATES. Days are gone now. I am NOT AND WILL NOT every be a VONS Shopper FAREWELL VONS

Martha the cashier was in a horrible mood and treated so many customers poorly today. Went in to grab some rotisserie chicken and she gave me attitude because I asked her for help at the self-check out. She then asks for ID from two young men who were only getting a protein shake. If you're the manager of this place, please give her her annual review early. I'm disappointed in her customer service.

I shopped today and reviewed my receipt and found that I had not received my expected member discounts. Took my concerns to the help desk, where Donna (I hope I have her name correct) was awesome in helping me correct things. Explained how the electronic couponing system had changed, and gave me the discount I expected. There's too little customer service these days -- but you can count on Donna. Thank you.

I go here for certain items they always have better deals in than Food 4 Less, Walmart, Kroger, etc. please checkout the photos below! 4 steaks for less than $50! They also have the best fruit tart! We ordered a quarter sheet and they gave us a half sheet for the same price! This is my husband's favorite dessert! I would go here for these items because they have great reduced prices. Get to know the staff and they tend to give you the best deals!

Wow! What happened here? The people they have hired really don't want to be there. Who tells the customer how much they don't like their job and how many hours til they're off? Has happened three times now. I stop in early to pick up an item or two for a lady i care for. It's strictly for convenience that i even stop in. Maybe I'll go to Rite Aid or Walgreens where they are at least friendly. If you are working at Vons, be thankful you're working. Don't slouch, get off your phone. There is always something productive to be done!

I love this Vons. It's well organized, the checkers and baggers are always personable. Ha in Pharmacy has done all three of my Covid vaccines, she's an angel. I was horrified to get vaccinated until her. It just feels like home. I drive from Twin Oaks in San Marcos just to go to this Vons, passing lots of other grocery stores.

Brandon, the assistant manager, was sooo helpful in trying to solve an issue with my online order. I ordered groceries, but somehow an issue occurred. I was charged but the order was not assembled and I never got confirmation that it was ready. Brandon assisted me and spoke with someone in the consumer department. He solved the issue and called me three consecutive days in a row to make sure I got my refund. I have never received such amazing, friendly and prompt support from a store member. I have always had good experiences with vons, but this one was memorable. Thanks Brandon !

i have been going there for a lil over a year. I haven't had a bad experience. I am always greeted nicely and I love the starbucks staff (almost all of the) there is one or 2 bad apples. but overall they make my morning and afternoon visits to starbucks pleasant. they know my drinks, they know my name and they respect me. PS Ash the manager and Jezzabelle Rock. i enjoy my visits.❤❤❤
