I just started going to this Walmart pharmacy and each time I have come the customer service has been great. They are friendly and helpful. It's a great pharmacy with competitive prices.

I always have a great experience at this pharmacy. The pharmacists and technicians are super helpful and kind people. They have gone out of their way to help me several times when my Rx wasn't available at their location. Did I mention they're also some of the nicest people?!

Taylor at the pharmacy is amazing. I needed a STAT prescription for a patient and he was out of stock. He went above and beyond to take care the patient and transferred it to a nearby pharmacy for me.

I truly feel bad for anyone that has to deal with the insanity that is Walmart of Escondido or any Walmart or customer service job that deals with the public. There is no amount of money that will ever compensate for the amount of crap they must deal with. Workers are often over worked and the place is criminally under staffed. There are always call outs and nobody gets a raise for anything. People who walk in to shop at Walmart walk in with their noses up as if they're better than you, yet it's these same people who can't afford to shop anywhere else. So they see you as a l**** for working there, while secretly hating themselves for having four kids and a job that can only afford GREAT VALUE brand toilet tissue. Their misery is often and unfairly projected onto innocent people who simply clock in and work within a system that claims to provide EVERY DAY LOW PRICES yet those low prices are directly subsidized by the EVERY DAY LOW WAGES workers make there. It's chaotic. They don't hire enough people and the reward many get for showing up to work is an attitude or evil glare from angry shoppers in line. But these are the same people demanding EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. They'll curse you out on Monday and come back Friday as if Monday never happened. Listen......You ever wonder why you don't get amazing customer service anymore? It's Because ANYONE with a modicum of self respect soon realizes that they'd rather pick corn kernels from dried cow dung in quiet solitude than deal with the crap you deal with there. These savages of Escondido will leave ground beef folded inside jeans. Stuff stolen merchandise under their baby in the car seat. Shoot up heroin in bathroom stalls. Steal disabled shopping carts etc Their kids run around wild causing spills and if the brat gets lost the parent comes frantically screaming that they can't find their kid. Who's fault is that? Is bad parenting Walmart's fault? Is the high crime area and ghetto thug clientele of uncivilized savages that they serve there, Walmart's fault for having to lock everything up? Who do they see about that? It's a mentally beleaguering experience to serve the mostly low class public that shop there and most workers are just there to pay for college and are awesome people. I wish I could've taken them with me away from that retail hell hole. I'm glad I left for a much better job and I stayed there until I could be sure my next job would have nothing to do with the public. You have no idea how much you're being underpaid at Walmart until you find a real job. The general public is generally very stupid. Generally dirty, whiny, demanding, bereft of decency, lacking hygiene, lazy, entitled and dishonest. So when you wonder why your experience at Walmart sucks it's because decent people realize you don't deserve their service, you deserve what you're getting. If the store is a dirty mess just know that it's a direct visual reflection of the ghetto community it serves. Not my problem anymore. Have fun with that. :)

I bought a car battery a year ago from here and brought it back recently because it was dead. They batteries themselves are a Walmart brand (Everstart) and have Walmart stickers on them saying to bring back to Walmart along with the date of purchase stickers. When I brought this in to the customer service (which was a long wait considering I was the only one in line), they said they needed a receipt. I didn't have one not that it should have matter because it a Walmart battery with a warranty that was only a year into its 5 year warranty. They just stood there asking what I wanted to do instead of giving be an alternate course of action. Obviously, I wanted to exchange the battery. I had to go out of my way to find information on how to proceed with their store policies because the person who actually worked there was completely ignorant of what to do.

Really annoying to be told that one prescription was on back order and wouldn't be available for three weeks and to pick up the other one as they would only keep it on the shelf for two more days. After picking it up I get a text the next day to say the other prescription is ready for pick up. What happened to the three week back log ??? Aargh!! Gas is not cheap in this state!

I went Here Today and It Was Great Not So Packed like at Other Bigger Wal-Mart Stores That Get Real Busy With Way Too Many People and Unlike Other Wal-Mart's Who Happen Too Get Lots More Customer's and Like That it's Not Too Crowed With Big Lines Since It's Only Like a Large Wal-Mart I'd Say Like 92'000 Square Foot and I Like It's Not as big as Other Wal-Mart Stores and It's Easier Too Find Stuff You May Need: Thanks Wal-Mart and Wal-Mart is a Way Better Then a Target Store and i Went Here Shopping This Mornig For a Small Item and I Found What I Needed This is My Number 1 Favorite Location Store Because It's Local and Easy Too Find and Get Too.

Buyer beware!!! Check your receipt when you shop here. Been here three times. First time I went they double and triple rang items. I had to go back in to customer service to get a refund. The second visit I used self checkout to avoid this and they got after me for having more than 20 items. The third visit they double rang me again. Had to go to Customer Service AGAIN for a refund. Customer Service gave me a hard time. So I brought up that this type of mistake is stealing from me. They would call the police if I stole from them. But they didn't even bat an eye when their employee is stealing from me. SMH!!!

Worst customer service ever. An employee at the store told me while I had my 15 month old jesus f*****g christ woman way to be a b***h. When I said excuse me the employee stated you heard me if you have a problem bring your husband in.he then proceeded to tell my sister behind me he has no problem beating my husband up, but he wasnt going to hit a woman. Never again will I shop at Walmart.

For a Walmart this is a nice, clean store. The store is on the small side for a Super-Walmart, with a somewhat limited selection, but your regular day to day items can be found here at Walmart prices.
