I have been coming here for years...they do a great job of keeping my watches going. Great prices for batteries and repairs. Have a nice selection of watches and lots of cool stuff. Store is decent size. Plenty of parking as it's located in busy strip mall. Great guys that work here...so happy they are close by. Very convenient. If you have a need...I highly recommend them.

Fine, I guess, if you are purchasing a battery for a watch, however, I took a beautiful necklace to have it repaired after the chain had broken, and they took it before Christmas and said that they would have it fixed before Christmas. After going in to pick it up numerous times, they have said they couldn't find it, they said the owner had gone on vacation, they said it was probably locked in their safe and couldn't get it out,--many, many excuses. It is now January 17 and it is still missing. No apologies, no replacement, nothing. Would no longer recommend this place if you are leaving something valuable there...

Disappointing! I ordered a watch at this retailer more than 2 weeks ago. He was supposed to order what I wanted. In the mean time, he decided to go on vacation and close his store. Now I have no watch, he took my deposit, and I don't know if he really ordered it or when I will receive it. Avoid this place---he is not responsible.
