I went a couple days ago to get some ice cream and the lady working there named Janice had a really rude attitude when serving me and when I asked her to scoop a bit more she said she couldn't fit anymore when obviously the cone wasn't even full and I ordered 3 scoops. I wouldn't record getting ice cream there at all and instead would just go to baskin robbins

Stopped to get ice cream. Not very busy, went to the ice cream area, no one there so went to the cash register area and another lady got ahead of me, no biggy, but she couldn't find her rite aid card, so it took awhile, Finally found it and was disappointing that she had no discount. I was up next, so I told lady I wanted to buy ice cream. She said to wait so she could help the customers behind me...WHAT??? I was annoyed & she was unprofessional in not helping the next customer and as I was fuming, I thought, if this is the worst thing that happens to me today, I've had a good day. So I waited for my ice cream and enjoyed the rest of the day

I love coming to this Rite Aid! The staff especially in the front end are great and helpful.

This location carries a large selection of health food products and vitamins. Along with every business facing staffing challenges, this location was no different. However once at the front register, no employee was around. The employee working the ice cream department said she would call for help soon. However myself and a few other customers sat there for at least 10 min before someone showed up to check us out. Very Poor service for a national chain. Won't be coming back.

I'm a fan of Rite Aid in general, but I usually go to the one in Chino Hills. Since I was on vacay at home, I needed to come in here to pick up a prescription and the pharmacy staff were, like in Chino Hills, top-notch. I called and explained my weird situation and the person on the phone was very helpful and let me know exactly how she was going to assist me. The following day I was contacted to let me know my prescription had arrived and when I picked up from another pharmacy employee, she was just as helpful and friendly. Excellent experience! After that, I realized I needed a few products. The store was neat and it was easy to find what I needed and checking out, the cashier was also friendly and professional. Overall, this is a great location and I would return and recommend for your pharmacy needs, Health & Beauty products, or snacks! They seem to have a little bit of everything!

My review is based solely on the ice cream counter at this store. I called on the phone first to see if they were serving ice cream during covid, and the lady who answered the phone was very friendly. In person, the service was good too. She washed her hands before serving the ice cream, and she put the cone in a cup. It all seemed very sanitary, and the lady was nice. The ice cream was good and a good value. I see some other reviews mentioned poor customer service at the pharmacy, though.

I don't know anything about this store but the fact that they have the best ice cream known to man....... They really load up the scoops too which is another reason they are getting 5 stars from me. Every time I come in, whoever scoops my ice cream are super friendly which makes my ice cream taste even better! Good job Rite-Aid!

The pharmacy here is quite slow, one of the pharmacists who's in her 60's is grumpy and rude. I usually end up being helped by her, went there last week to pick up a prescription that was ready and she kept telling me it wasn't authorized to be picked up, had to call the doctor to have them rewrite the prescription 4 days later finally was able to obtain the prescription. Don't bother coming here for prescriptions unless you can tolerate insufficiency.

I was looking for a little kiddie pool. I wanted to make sure they had it before I headed on over. I called and was greeted by a very friendly lady so eager to help. I was placed on a brief hold and was told that they have plenty in stock. I called another Rite-Aid location only to have that phone ring off the hook. This location was very friendly and helpful. I don't see shady people hanging out in front and the lines are never long.

Walked in and looked for electronic screen wipes, and a young man named Ryan immediately assisted me and rang up the transaction. Very pleasant experience.

Not a couponers friendly. This store is greedy when it come to get your stuff. They limit you to one item when others store with limit 5 or 7 per transaction. I think they make sure all employees get the free stuff that's why they limit you one per day? And on top of it, rude! Never going there ever again!!

I have used this pharmacy 5 times now. Every time the customer service is phenomenal. This morning Teresa went well above and beyond her job. That needs to be recognized. She saw the price of my RX and went out of her way to lower that price to get a special coupon and called me to let me know and also let me know about another program that I could possibly use for this prescription. She has been a joy to see every time I walk in there she is Pleasant and always has a smile. The pharmacists are phenomenal as well I used to go to CVS but this is my pharmacy now because of the customer service! I hope Rite aid appreciates their staff behind the pharmacy counter as much as I do!

0 Stars for Zar and David.Rite Aid could save some money on management and put self check out.Whats the point on having manager if he can't return an item that clearly says Rite Aid on it.Girl,it's yours,and you know me,I come in almost every day.Well,not any more.Thanks for nothing.0 Stars.This is the first time ever I had problem returning/exchanging anything,anywhere..They said no body can help ,it's the computer,hm,still not sure why they pay you than..very confused.And yes,if somebody reads this please contact me,just need at least exchange if you won't pay my money back.
