Had the BEST experience in the Escondido store Luis and Criselle L. They both were friendly and helpful from the minute we walked in to the minute we left. I mean absolutely wonderful!! Because of them we will definitely be back soon!!

Happy with the selection of shoes for my entire family. From kid sizes to size 13 in men there’s plenty of options for your budget. I got welcome twice by two employees. When was bringing in inventory and another at the cash register. The lady at the cash register approached me asking of I needed any assistance. I wasn’t able to find the shoes I needed so she helped me order online. Got everything I wanted at the store as there were other suggested options that I was happy with. The best part was the greeting and customer service. I’ll be shopping here again!

This store is always so clean and the employees are always so helpful Criselle is amazing she has amazing customer service and made sure to patiently assist me. I love this store and location. There inventory is also always stocked

Staff were all helpful and welcoming. Been to that store twice now And every time
I go everyone greets me. The assistant manager jasmine was very kind and helpful. I was looking for specific socks that I couldn’t find for my daughter and she helped me find the exact style I was looking for. I will be coming here more often because they made me feel welcome.

Came In to store to for some shoes and got helped out by criselle and she was very helpful she was multi tasking with other people but didn’t forget to come back and make sure I was still fine she mentioned Nike socks near check out when I said socks I did buy some she was fantastic

I accidentally got a size 7 in kids thinking it was a size 7 in woman’s threw away my receipt,I wanted to just exchange size not shoe just size they wouldn’t let me without receipt.
Also because I didn’t have my number in the system not having an account with them.
They lost a costumer and family members .
