Came at 3:30pm on Monday and found it closed...office was supposed to be open until 5pm. Drove 10 miles for nothing

I've received other people's mail in my box many times over the past year, usually with an address off by one number implying they weren't paying attention to which box they put it in. I've also had other people's packages in my parcel locker. Once when I returned it the employee said "oh this belongs to the lady that came in this morning, boy she was mad, it's a good thing you returned it". Four times I've had a package state it was delivered but it wasn't in my box, twice the lady with black hair would give me an exasperated excuse only to call back hours later saying they had it, so I'm convinced the same thing happened to me. They're disorganized and inefficient, which is dangerous when it comes to someone's mail. Amazon won't refund me for the latest package they lost because it was scanned in, so it's there SOMEWHERE, but the staff had no answers for me. I'm still giving 2 stars because the postmaster is very polite, so are most of her staff, besides the gal with black hair.

When Gloria is working I would give this post office a 5 star but without her management isn't very friendly and it's hard to do business here.I go to Winters,Ca. To do most mailing .

Been ordering packages to be delivered to my home, just to get a pink slip in my mail box after no attempt made to drop it on the porch. I've been waiting outside my home waiting for them, multiple times the mailman doesn't even attempt to bring them to my house if they cant fit in the mailbox. Which is frustrating because why would I order a package to be delivered to my house if I just have to go pick it up myself. 2 verbal complaints have been issued and it still happening, i still have to go pick up my packages even when i leave notes on them on where to leave them. Something needs to be fixed, this is also happening to my grandparents as well.

The carriers of this post office are a little slow but the staff inside, including the Post Mistress are wonderful. I've come in a few times, most recently to update my voter registration in time for the election. My only critique is that they need to do a better job of keeping their forms fully stocked. If it hadn't been for my mother pointing out there was one more voter registration form, I'd have stood in line for 10 minutes to ask for a form that was there. Nothing to mark them down for, as their friendliness makes up for that.

I went to the post office to mail a package.The employee told me the address was wrong but I didn't have the new address.She told me to call her and she would fix it for me.Thats customer service!Thank you so much.

I want to start of by saying that Gloria is amazing and she takes the time to get to know everyone that comes into the postal office. She is the only reason why I still go into the office because I know with her working, my mail/packages will get to the right location. If she's not their I'll drive into Woodland. Ever since we moved out to Esparto we have had nothing but problems with the mail deliver. One year she delivered 8 W2's to our address. That's 8 people's personal information floating around. When we put those W2 back into the mail box she delivered it to our address again. Honestly, she can't go a single day without putting someone else's mail into our mailbox. Just last week she put someone's Social Security check in our box, according to mapquest that person's house was 2 miles away from ours. Instead of putting it back into the mailbox, we just drove to his house to give it to him personally. This week I have had to call the postal office several times for my missing package. Supposedly, they delivered it on Monday 11/27/17 at 5:38pm. It wasn't there, when I called, Lydia told me to check again that I should have a key in my mailbox. Long story short, its 8 days later and I still don't have my package. I called the postal office today and Lydia told me that they have checked and no one has turned it in. That supposedly, they have went house to house to check with local residents to see if they have the package. I don't believe her for a second, I can see Gloria doing that but not anyone else in that office. From there Lydia told me to contact the seller and to request that they resend me the item. Why should I have to do that? It was lost on their error not the company's. I'm just at the point where I want to switch everything over to electronic mail and to pick up my packages at the store, because the mail deliver is too careless and there is just too much fraud and theft going on.

The Post Mistress is the best in the business. She is super friendly, helpful and always ready to lend a hand. We are lucky to have her.
