Shafer's Ace Hardware is a locally owned community hardware store. The customer service is great, second to none, wonderful, very accommodating, and friendly. The staff is helpful, knowledgeable, and there is always someone available to answer questions. They take extra time to ensure customers are taken care of properly and even offer delivery. The store has everything needed from a hardware store and more, including paint, home and garden, camping supplies, and a great selection of outside cookers and grills. There are multiple locations with different inventories, so if something is not found at one, trying the other is recommended.
Recently went to Ace Hardware to have spare keys made and was disappointed to not find kiosk in usually front corner of store. Was happy to see that it was relocated closer to check out area. We had 2 keys made and we then returned home and keys worked like a charm
