Elijah was awesome! We visited once to get advice on upgrading our prepay phones and he explained all the options and reasons why some prefer an expensive plan. We came back 2 weeks later with our new iPhone 16e phones and he did the magic to activate the eSIM on our existing prepay account.

AT&T only keeps Sales Representatives in the store, no technicians. Bear that in mind when going in, be patient and ask questions.
If you are not tech-savy, bring someone with you who is.

This place was absolutely worthless on Friday, October 17, 2025 about 3 pm. I walked in and asked for help with an email issue on my phone with ATT service from the two employees working. No other customers were present in the store. The employees were rude, belittled me, and refused to provide any technical assistance. I was really disappointed and left the store after being present for less than two minutes. If that is the best this store has to offer, they should close their doors. If you’re the owner and read this, you need to teach your employees a lesson in customer service.

I was told I can’t exchange a case that was sent to me from online and it’s the wrong case for my phone. I have never heard such a thing and feel like the staff is very unprofessional. I would like a manager to call me.

I love our local AT&T retailer in Eureka. The staff is always extremely helpful. I switched from Verizon because coverage is better on West End Rd and Bayside. I’ve had bill problems from other stores that corporate wouldn’t help with on the phone. The local store took care of my problem. Highly recommend.

Very unprofessional crew. Went in to the store on 9/24/2025 and Braden assisted me. When I told him what I wanted to do, he then attempted to pass me to the other gentleman that was sitting. The other gentleman told him to go ahead and help me. He then told me what I wanted would take a minute to do. It was roughly 6:20pm. He was more worried about the store closing than assisting me the customer. Had to tell him multiple times what I needed to do. Requested to buy a screen protector and instead of selling the one I wanted he was insisting I get another because he didn’t know how to apply it. Then told me the customer you can take it and do it yourself. I then told him again what I wanted and he went on to tell me his manager was the only person that knew how to do it and he was not there. After being there roughly 10 minutes I told him I don’t think you want to do this and he responded, I really don’t. You can call 611 and they can help you. He went on to say, the manager here says it’s a courtesy to put on screen protectors as I exited the store. I then asked his name and he told me and asked was I going to leave a review and I said absolutely not only a review but a phone call to let them know how unprofessional you are. He was still talking as I left the building. Terrible customer service!!!!! Then to add insult to injury, he disabled my phone and I was without phone service to after 10:30pm. Needs training all of them do!! Terrible way to treat a customer. I have been with At&T for over 10 years. This type of nonsense makes you want to switch service.

I ultimately left this store happy after having my Sim card issue fixed. This wasn't the store that I originally bought my new phone at, however they were able to assist me into happier days with working service. Thank you!

I was upsold the insurance to fix my laptop. After waiting a month for the insurance to take my claim it was denied even thought the problem was for the keyboard which the sales person swore thats what the insurance covers. Wasted my time and money and I am so over this company! Dont get the electronics insurance its a scam!!!
Ashley helped me today. Use the insurance that I was up sold last time I came in. my review is only over Ashlie‘s performance. She did an amazing job helping me filing the claims being as detailed as possible and relating on a personal level. I will update my review after my insurance claim to mention if the insurance is worth it or not I am very skeptical. But Ashley was amazing and I appreciate her help.

I cannot say enough good things about Ashley at the AT&T store. When she learned we had traveled 2 hours to get there, she went above and beyond to help us. Ashley patiently answered all our questions and worked diligently to address every single issue we had, including helping me replace my stolen SIM card. She didn't rush us or try to wrap things up quickly - instead, she made sure everything was completely resolved before we left.
What truly sets Ashley apart is her genuine dedication to customer service. She embodies everything a customer service professional should be: patient, thorough, caring, and highly competent. It's rare to find someone who takes such pride in their work and shows such genuine concern for customers' needs.
Ashley deserves recognition and a raise for her outstanding performance. We left the store feeling completely taken care of, and the 2-hour drive was well worth it thanks to her exceptional service.
