BEWARE - SALES PEOPLE UNTRUSTWORTHYI went in and asked for the cheapest plan they have available. They told me $85/month was their cheapest plan and I didn't question it. They were super friendly, chatting me up and distracting me the whole time, 3 sales people. Then I go home and do some research and realize I was sold an upgraded business plan when I wanted the cheapest plan (it's around $30/month).I would complain to corporate or the store but the person whose name is on the account they seemed to be training. I doubt it's really his fault they treat customers this way. But jeez, DO NOT GO TO THE STORE - they will over sell you and make you think they're you're friend the whole time.

Worst customer service ever! Two female sales associates had worst attitude like they didn't want to even be there. Only showed mild enthusiasm when lunch showed up then proceeded to eat on sales floor. ATT, we went in hopes to change our plan. Nope. I'd rather pay more and stick with your competitors where I know I will get better customer service and sales people that actually want to help.

The man was very unhelpful when I went in about an internet issue. He told me I was being “rude”. When asked to clarify (I am deaf) he replied, “I don’t like your tone”. I asked his name and he haughtily refused. I left. THE WORST CUSTOMER SNEERVICE.

So the store experience was fine the price is fine everything was fine I asked the questions and was assured that unlimited data was unlimited data I get home and I use it for what I was going to use it for which was tethering it to my computer and which is considered a hotspot and unbeknownst to me I only get 5 GB a month and unlimited data for Ya for tethering and I specifically asked if there was any caps like that and the guy at the store lied to me and so needless to say I don’t like AT&T anymore I wish I could give them an actual score don’t go with AT&T they’re no good right now

Awesome experience at this location. My Fiancé and I needed a new phone carrier and Ashley did a great job at helping us switch over. She was very knowledgeable about the service and products provided by AT&T. She also had great customer Service! If you come to this location I highly recommend asking for Ashley!

First time I had visited this business. Employee that waited on me was friendly The business had no change, which was inconvenient & odd. Inspite of that I completed my business & left.The space inside the store appeared to be too large for this business. Almost all the merchandise AT&T sells is on the smaller size such as cellphones, laptops, tablets, accessories, etc... The merchandise on display doesn't require that much room either. There was only 2 employees in the store when I was there & they only have few desks, tables, chairs & other fixtures.It appeared clean inside but the arrangement of the store & displays were not all that attractive, pleasing to the eye or cohesive. It was not an inviting environment to me.

I was at the AT&T store in Eureka for about an hour while waiting for my data to finish transferring from my old phone to my new phone. In that time span, I got to see numerous customers come in for various reasons (make a payment, buy a new phone, activate their new phone) and was so impressed at how warm, friendly knowledgeable and efficient the 4 staff members were. The vibe in this cell phone store is unlike any I have ever witnessed. It's like a local coffee shop where everyone knows everyone, and everyone walks out smiling and happy!

My boyfriend and I were scammed of a phone by false information from all the representatives and has been going on for weeks now. They are not helping and had to figure this out myself which still isn’t resolved. Horrible customer service and don’t know what they are doing as half the time they sent to come back when a “manager” was there yet I go when they are there and they don’t know how to do anything or do anything about the problem. Now it’s our fault that they told us misinformation and we might have to pay over 1grand. Do better.

We purchased the phone at Wal-Mart and then was told they could not help with the set up. The AT&T on Broadway in Eureka didn't care where we purchased it. They got it all set up for free. Great team there.
