These folks are good at listening so they are more inclined to find the items you need. The prices are comparable to other auto parts stores but the service sets them apart. Maybe not as knowledgeable as Napa, but, they are happy to find the parts and solutions. Good customer service goes a long way!

I was having brake light issues and was helped by Kurtis, at first I thought it was the lights. So, I went back in today and he installed the switch that connects to the brake lights. And, it solved the problem, I’m so grateful that there are good people in my town willing to help. Now, Auto Zone will be my go to for all my auto parts and just the things I need to keep my car running. Thank you so much for all your help.

Oscar put me first and gave me five star customer service today. I am so grateful that he came outside in the pouring rain and changed my headlights with a smile on his face, inviting me back and thanking ME for coming in! He will make a fine Manager!

Hands down one of the best customer services parts stores I have been to. Not sure what the review before me was, but it sounds like someone didn’t get the entitled service he deserved. I have been in here many times and there are times when it’s busy and you have to wait a couple minutes, other times you don’t. The staff is more than willing to fix any problems that arises if they are presented one, I have been one who needed things fixed a couple times. but when people like the last review are not waited on right away they throw a tantrum and resort to online to speak their mind. I bet he didn’t ask to speak with the manager or give anyone a chance just walked out and bashed them online. Truly comical or pathetic as he put it.

Great customer service! Leroy tested my battery for me after my car needed a jump. Good news is the battery was fully charged and i so appreciate this neighborhood business. Thank you.

Absolutely worst customer service. 4 guys in the store with one being the manager. Only one actually helping get a battery, change a battery and answering the phone. I didn't get his name but he is not the problem. After 10 min of waiting with no response from the other 3, I'll definitely buy my pads and rotors elsewhere.Stocking those batteries on the cart was more important I guess. Then manager actually gave the guy who was working an attitude when he had a question. Literally pathetic
