The customer service on the coast seems to be under par from the other Chase banks. But atleast there open, and they have customer service managers to help.

Super annoyed that the outside ATM never works. It’s such an inconvenience if the bank is closed on the weekends, then you have to wait til Monday just to put your cash away or take money out. Might as well go to Wells Fargo

Savannah the manager at Chase help me twice and was very professional and knowledgeable. The first time I walked in to transfer my accounts from Southern California to the Eureka branch. She was very helpful and efficient. The second time more importantly I needed a trust account open with complications but Savannah knew what to do made sure all the details were correct. She was very thorough. I'm impressed and will certainly continue my relationship with Chase because of Savannah.

These temporary closures are super inconvenient, when every other bank in the area seems to remain open, even during these "trying" times. What's even more of a problem is the ATM in Eureka seems to be always "Temporarily Unavailable to Accept Cash Deposits" Goodbye CHASE
