Got helped the other day by a super tall guy named Coleman. Walked to my car. Found out the biggest tire i could squeeze on my big truck. Found me a cheaper, better warranty and for a better price. Good to have someone who actually has high knowledge where their working. Told him my issue about tire noise. Well he definitely helped with that. I came in to ask a question that’s it…. No hesitation dropped everything he was doing. Ended up leaving with a new set. Was gunna buy online to be fair. That service right there just brought a customer for life. I own a company that does ALOT of travel. All 6 vans will now be brought to Costco. If I had a tire shop, that employee would have been poached..

I love Costco and coming to get my tires changed but recently there is a lady who works here who is really rude and personally if you don’t like your job you should not be there.

Staff was very honest and saved me a good chunk of money for tires I ended up not needing! I was so grateful for the feedback staff gave me on my current tires, and will use Costco in the future for new tires!

I had ordered new tires through Costco and made my appointment for installation. The service techs informed me of the drawbacks of the tires I’d ordered, those being lower gas mileage and a rougher ride. They offered me other high quality tires - same brand but a better type for my car. I accepted and they refunded me the difference.
Throughout my appointment I experienced the best customer service. Everyone was polite and helpful. Great job, Costco!

Dont buy tires in Costco!
They r always super busy you cant get proper care as you need.
They dont care about you they care only their business. There is bunch of honest tire shop everywhere not Costco

I bought my tire @costco a yr ago and brought it back for a tire service because a nail got stuck on it but we waited for 3 hrs and eventually cancelled because 3 hrs passed and our vehicle did not even get in for nail removal.

Good prices for tires for average cars.Pros: price, free 5 year road hazard coverage, additional discount for replacing all four tires, Costco is everywhere in case needing to utilize free air and road hazard protectionCons: should call to make sure they have the size tires you need, I needed to wait 2 weeks for tires. Road hazard coverage is useless for specialty tires because they don't have replacements in stock. Our other car which has standard sized tires we were able to utilize the road hazard insurance however we were told about two hours and four hours later, we are still waiting.Certainly, Eureka store is the worse Costco tire experience I've ever had and we've been buying Costco tires for about 30 years.On a side note Discount Tire had my odd sized tires in stock, also offer 4 tire discounts and road hazard, and are also located everywhere, and are able to change a tire in less than 4 hours making discount tire the wiser choice for me and at least 2 of our 5 vehicles.

Quality. Yet, I was surprised by the pro-rated stipulation that I was previously unaware of when I went to replace my tire from when it exploded on the way out of Willow Creek, traveling west. The tires were only about 3 months old. Been doing a lot of driving ? gotta remember to get the rotations done!
