Don't shop here. I lost $100 because "V" the main rep at this store sold me a plan that doesn't work on my phone, and then was incredibly rude and insulting when I called to figure out what to do, after she told me I'm basically screwed because she didn't look at the computer. My phone doesn't work with their network but I cannot get my money back from cricket this is a horrible place.

I like that they great you with a smile...but I want to upgrade which I am due... But everytime I go to get the phone I want they don't have it in stock and then thats if they are open... All in all they are great but phone service not so much... Sorry Cricket...

We've been waiting for two hours in the mall for awhile the associates to come back from "a hour" lunch, with many people waiting and they all say they've been waiting even longer. Would've come back but hoping to catch the associate since every time we come they appear to be on break.... does someone even work here?? Are you even a real business?? What the actual f*** is wrong with this place.

Loni the assistant manager at the bashmore mall in eureka. She is so amazing! She really cares about helping people and getting the right phones and accessories for people. Please ask for her when you visit! She’s truly awesome at what she does!

This is why I hate cricket stores. Two employees in the store being super unprofessional. I came into to get a phone for my daughter for her birthday the short blonde girl was jumping all over the other employee. No one talked to me when I came they just stood there gossiping then after she finally came over to me she proceeded to try and sell me on an LG phone then during the process told me about she had been drunk and high the night before. Cricket has lost my business. Sad because they have good service

I went into this store because I heard they were having an event for Cricket’s 20th year anniversary & I heard there was gonna be free drinks and snacks, so of course, I wanted to be a part of that. I arrived and they had the store decorated really nice with balloon towers at the entrance, balloons inside the store & balloon balls for the kids to play with! The girls were all helpful and answered all my questions that I had I will be going back soon to add more lines to my account! They also have Spanish speakers, which was helpful because my mom was with me and she only speaks Spanish, that’s always an awesome thing! I went back in on their 20th anniversary because the employee Sandra was very helpful with getting my phone set up.

Went into this place after a coworker went in on their 20th anniversary and switched his phone number over to cricket from metro & he said he loved his service and the girl who helped him was really helpful. I think he said her name was Sandra. When I went in I didn’t find her but was greeted by the manager, Destiny, who was very nice and answered all my questions thoroughly. I had T-Mobile service and decided to switch over. I love my cricket service way better and the help that I got in the store just makes the whole experience that much more awesome! Thank you Destiny, I will be telling all my coworkers and friends!
