Josie does my little boy's hair. He has sensory struggles, but she has always been patient and flexible in the way we get his haircut accomplished. I absolutely recommend her!

Got a haircut/trim from Gerhy and he was just a fricken gem. He accomplished exactly what I was looking for, I felt comfortable with him the entire time, and he's fun to chat with. Right around the corner from me too! Woo!

I just got my hair cut and I literally cried in the car on the way back to work. I asked for a trim and long layers. He said he'd do that and "clean up the bangs." Great. He gave me a trim, didn't cut layers more than the bottom inch of my hair, which is totally pointless if you ask me, but what he did to my bangs... I get in the car and look in the rearview mirror and they are so short, but while most of the bangs touch the top of my eyebrows, there is about an inch and a half section in the very middle of my face that is a solid half an inch shorter than the rest of the bangs and don't even touch my eyebrows, making the terrible cut even more obvious. I'm going to have to go side swept until this grows out. How could he not see what he did to me???

DON'T COME HERE. If you have extra fine "spiderweb" hair or any texture to your hair - don't come here. He RIPPED out my hair. He starts at the top of over 22" wet hair and is shocked when it won't go down the length of my hair. He just rips through it over and over and over again. I will never forgive him for his lack of remorse over accidently cutting my hair with his shears while combing it upwards and pretending like it didn't happen. So, now I have a random 3" piece in the back of my head that wasn't there before. Also, watching that over foot long lock fall from your shears while you pretended you didn't see or hear your shears cut made me break down. You should be ashamed if you're reading this. You noticed. You just don't care.I couldn't even confront him. I know he's the owner. If he can't cut hair, what is everyone else there qualified to do? He cut my bangs without asking if I wanted them cut (I didn't), and cut it several inches shorter than what was mutually agreed upon.He ignored everything I requested of him while acknowledging only his coworkers. I will never return here. I would rather throw money at someone who doesn't put peoples feet in hardware buckets.My hair feels so much thinner than before. It is so much shorter than I wanted and asked for. I feel like I got nothing I paid for but because I have social anxiety I am stuck with being pushed around by obnoxious opinions.I don't care about the money. I want my hair back and to not have to remember the sound of my hair being ripped out. So, thanks Gerhy or whatever your name is. I waited 3 years to get my hair professionally cut and things like this is why I have trust issues with salons.I'm glad I saved my mom from letting him butcher her hair, though. She would've probably left with a Mohawk like he joked about to begin with. Trust your instincts, people.Services: Shampoo & conditioning

I have been seeing Ashly for about a year. She was able to take my hair from box dye black to blonde with highlights and lowlights, in one session. The results were amazing. I have very thin hair with problem thinning patches that worsen with any illness, stress or surgery. This is the best hair salon in Humboldt! Jessica is your gal if you want color. Check out the rainbow hair from last June on their site. Amazing! She does it all from eyebrows to cut and color.
