Not a huge place, however it is made up for, by a friendly lady who knows her inventory. It isn't a street front, it's on the second floor but there is an elevator. Looks like an old converted hotel.

Eureka Fabrics is a lovely small shop with the friendliest customer service! They have the nicest linen fabrics along with flannel and a selection of quilting cotton. If they don’t have what you need they will give great advice on where to find it. Check them out!
