The Eureka Visitor Center is a helpful and informative place located in the heart of charming Eureka Old Town. It is full of free brochures and great information for what to do in the Eureka area. The lovely and passionate people here are very helpful and friendly, offering good local suggestions. It is an information location, not a souvenir shop. This cute spot has some cozy chairs for a break and is a great place to start a journey before checking out the wonderful shops and restaurants in the preserved Victorian architecture of this coastal town.
Such a great stop before we started our day. Very helpful! They answered any questions we had, as well as having maps and handouts with info for us to take with. Some very cute Eureka items too. We stopped back in to pick up a couple of things for friends later in the day.

A place full of free brochures and information. The guide in the center was very helpful and friendly. She heard me talking about kayaking and recommended a couple of good local places for it. If you want suggestions for what to do in the Eureka area, definitely go in and take a look!

Lovely people, very informative. It's always nice to speak with people passionate about what they do and care about others enjoying their time. Makes trips far more worthwhile.
