He’s helped me out multiple times at this location and each time he’s been so pleasant, extremely efficient and all while keeping a smile on his face and maintaining professionalism! Krystal went above and beyond! She saw my order was not readable and contacted me to fix the problem! She even cut out my order!!! Super nice and would love to do business with her again!!!!

Went in asked for cheapest quickest way to print an easy pdf from my email. Customer rep told me that the quickest way is through self service station. It was a total of ~$2.29. Completed transaction. Hour later check bank account. $10.00 charged. Call the phone number am waiting through all the ridiculous auto bots to get on the phone with someone who refuses to refund me and states I have to go in person back to the original office. This is disgusting!!! They are literally stealing from people & they admitted this happens often and refund won’t come for another 5 days. I’m going in person I’m going to raise complete hell. They KNOW this happens they didn’t warn me disgusting business I’ll go to Poste haste next time.

I am choosing to leave a review for two reasons. I wanted to leave an INCREDIBLE positive review for Monte, a wonderful guy with great customer service who worked with me and helped me thourougly with my first visit so he gets five stars. This was June 7th at 5:30 pmOn the other hand..I ordered 22 prints online to sell at this event. I sent them in the morning and picked them at around 3:00pm Half of the prints had a machine malfunction spot on them so they needed to be reprinte. All was good and they told me they would reprint them. Went back an hour later to go pick them up, and I compared them to my old prints and they were different in quality. Went back again, apologized profusely to inconvenience them. Don't know this man's name but he was very very irritated with me, and made this whole enocunter extremely uncomfortable for me. I payed for my prints and did everything right to ensure no mistakes were made on my end. Even his co workers looked wary of this encounter. Honestly, I will try my best not to print with this branch again, even with the saving grace of Monte. Don't want to be a karen but this encounter made me have to say something.

FedEx made me go in circles after one of their drivers delivered my 'Save the Date' cards for my wedding to the wrong address. The driver refused to acknowledge they were wrong so customer care "couldn't" do anything and closed the claim, and said I would now have to take my issue to the company I purchased them from. The company I purchased my cards from were nice enough to reprint them at no extra cost. I refuse to let FedEx deliver them so I went a picked them up the second time. Now, I have to worry that someone else has 50+ cards with descriptive information of my wedding, and FedEx still refuses to do anything about it, knowing my wedding may be at jeopardy with strangers showing up. Thanks Fedex for putting my wedding at risk and having your drivers not acknowledge they delivered packages to wrong addresses ?

Called because I had a friend dropping off some items that were going to be shipped to me and wanted it to be all set up before they arrived with my shipping address and CC info. I was rudely told that I can just go online and email my friend the label. I explained the situation and tried to take care of it over the phone, and was again very rudely told "There is absolutely nothing I can do for you." So much for being proactive in the situation.

I have spent many years using the service of Kinkos in Eureka California. I have always been treat with the upmost respect, that was until they got a new manager. Everyone, but the new manger is helpful and friendly. I wish Kinkos would replace the new manager or teach him how to be professional and curious to customers. Thank you, Belinda

I went into the store with a tornado attitude and a scattered mind storming up to Monte cursing about a hair dryer I needed to return... and that was just one of three other shipments I needed to make. He remained calm while I scrambled to find a packing slip, email a packing slip, and made a few phone calls to confirm addresses and requests. He remained polite and helpful the entire visit and I even left in a nice mood. Thank for the great customer service Monte!

No wonder they have such low ratings! No wonder their store is always nearly empty. The manager and staff are badly in need of even the most basic customer service training. They don't listen. They jump to conclusions without fully understanding the order. They argue with customers without even understanding what the customer wants. If you want to be treated poorly, this is apparently the place for it.The manager would be wise to remember these pearls of business wisdom:—————————————"It costs 7 times more to convert a new customer than to retain an existing customer. Employees are friends lay and super helpful. I've come here a few times to send back online returns and they take care of printing the shipping label and invoice. Super quick and easy! Hasn't been super busy either when I go in so I'm never waiting in a long line.
