Nobody was at the front, and when she came out, her customer care skills were not good you can tell she hates the job bad experience overall I end up sending my package by UPS

Said my package was delivered, yeah, to the wrong address! The picture of the door where it was delivered was quite a bit nicer than ours. Contacted FedEx via phone and they opened a problem tracker. I was told I would get a call. I did from someone in another country, who asked if I was home when the package was delivered. I was home, no package was delivered. Then I was asked if a tag was on my door. No, my package went to the wrong house! I was then told it would be the next week before anything would be done. I said just get my package from the wrong house and bring it to the correct house, call up the Arcata office and ask them what gives?! If I could, I'd give them negative stars. I will be contacting the place I ordered it from and leaning on them to take care of this.

FedEx express is the worst place to send mail, customer service is not helpful and you probably will not receive your packages.

Ok after a second incident today Sadly I am ending my use of fed ex which is sad because that means I can no longer enjoy chewy. I would like to say that Tanner and Eric in the office are superb abd so is Julio at corporate but they cant deliver packages. I just cant afford to lose anymore and our zone has horrible driver. The regular driver we had was amazing and now he is off to school and we are stuck with this arrogant cocky mess that really doesnt care if you get a package or not and since he is sub contracted it is pretty certain nothing will be done. Thankfully I can still get amazon through ups. Living rurally right now with gas prices we cant make that 4 hour round trip to town we rely on deliveries so its a blow but I am done

An important, expensive item shipped express 2 day mail, turned to take 7 days. I tracked its route, it was coming from New York to California, but for some reason once it arrived in Oakland, California instead of coming to me in Eureka, CA, it went to Memphis, TN where it sat for 4 days "delayed". Why? Who knows. This was a package with special handling attached. On a brighter side, the clerk at the Eureka office did her job efficiently and without faulted once it arrived to her, didn't catch name, but thanks.

Tried to call FedEx, only got computer lady. No help and she hung up on me. Driver left a $500 camera lens in large plastic bag tied to gate. It would have stayed there, but I happened to recheck tracking number. Arrived a day early. Driver, rather than place package inside gate, where it would be safe, he chose to leave it where any thief could see it. Horrible telephone customer service, along with Driver in a rented van.
