DO NOT go there, these guys refused to service my vehicle eventhough I had the warranty. DIANA the manager is very rude.
Now I go to Costco tire services. They are cheaper and better service.
And I called Firestone the company, and they're working on that.

Firestone is one of the best public businesses in Eureka. They recognize me when I hit the door and are always ready and willing to accommodate my needs. They also do great work.

Never ever EVER go here. I found out from premier oil change I had a pretty bad nail in my tire. I take it to Firestone because they are one of the only places open on Sunday. They tell me a tire patch will take all day, okay fine. The lady calls me back-- seriously one of the rudest people I've ever spoken to in my life. FULLY gaslit me and says there's no nail in my tire and everything's perfectly fine and my car is ready to go. I pick up my car and SEE THE NAIL FULLY IN MY TIRE. I talk to the mechanic after getting my car and HE SAYS there's no nail in my tire. WHAT A JOKE.
Im so annoyed and frustrated with this business. How can a tire place not be able to locate a nail in a tire? I'm a small young female and I can see it perfectly fine. This place sucks so bad. I had to drive 5 hours south today and my entire trip was delayed because of these idiots. DO NOT GO HERE SUCH A SCAM. There are plenty of reputable tire shops in Humboldt just unfortunately not enough open on Sunday :(

The staff hands down is why I'll only go to them. They are knowledgeable and so nice they always go above and beyond. Diana,Chris and the other guy who works the front his name starts with an R are the absolute best.

I took two tires I bought online with two of the rims off my Honda civic type R to have them replaced with the ones on the rims. They seemed friendly said they call me when they are done hopefully that’s tomorrow. I’ll post more when I get them back and what my complete experience was like.
