“I typically come to this store near the time they open and have only ever received good customer service. The sales associates have been very friendly every time I have come here. I always have a lot of questions, which all the sales associates help to answer. This is one of the only furniture stores that have normal sized furniture. They carry solid wood furniture and the prices reflect that, but each furniture piece is an investment that will last far longer than cheaper furniture options. I have purchased an entertainment center from here, and placed an order for a bookcase. I visit all of the furniture stores to weigh my options before making a decision. This store has been my top choice twice and I’ll likely continue to buy from here as needed.”

“My partner and I were getting a new bed for our apartment and their staff were super helpful. The main guy showed us all our options within our price range and was very helpful but also didn't hover and let us just try out different mattresses. We ended up getting one and doing a payment plan. Also they were able to do free shipping because we were so close.”

“During a recent sale, we purchased an Ashley product.We were also looking at new bedroom furniture.Our saleman stayed out of the way, yet close by to assist. He was great.We left Vern's knowing that the new sofa would be delivered the next day and the old one picked up.It was super easy!And know trying to give or sell a still useful leather sofa.This sale gave $100 for the old one. It took care of a fair percentage of the sales taxes!Thank you Vern's Furniture!”

“They need to check the dates on produce more accurately. But it's convenient. They run out of common produce too often. Onions and potatoes for example.Update: I wish I could say it's gotten better, but it's only so so still with the groceries.”

“I typically only visit this business shortly after they open. The staff are always attentive, yet they know to provide people space. I had a lot of questions about both furniture and beds. The sales associate I spoke with answered all my questions. I purchased a mattress and boxspring during the Labor Day sales, and utilized their delivery service. I disliked the metal boxspring and they worked with me to replace it with a wood boxspring. I’m very happy with the mattress and the wood boxspring. I will continue to visit this business anytime I’m in search of furniture.”
