I called to inquire if this store knew anyone who could repair the footrest mechanism on my La-Z-Boy rocker recliner from 1979. I’ve recently become disabled and this chair is even more essential now.
To my astonishment and joy, the manager, Roman Drutter, told me it was a Can Do situation. He had two repair people out in a couple days and — there was no charge!!!

“They need to check the dates on produce more accurately. But it's convenient. They run out of common produce too often. Onions and potatoes for example.Update: I wish I could say it's gotten better, but it's only so so still with the groceries.”

The customer service is great, other than their security has made me feel very comfortable but it's been nice being fallowed and walking out with my head up and a receipt. I get that they have to be aware of bad people but I go to that store a couple times a week, as I work next door and don't appreciate the feeling a particular security worker does his job. “Love love love our new couch! We have a tricky layout in our living/dining room, a small couch is the only solution. Living Styles had lots to look at and all the staff on the floor chipped in with advice pointing us in the right direction. They had so many fabrics to choose from but we went with one that they had because it went perfectly with our decor. This couch was in the warehouse but they had another like it on the floor to sit on and see how we liked it. Firm but comfortable and fit the space with room to spare. The delivery fellas were very careful of our walls, floors and existing furniture, and kept it as dry as they could in our rainy northern Humboldt weather. Great company, quality furniture and friendly staff.”
