“My T Mobile internet and phone service work great, no issues. But the 5 star rating is mostly due to the excellent customer service I’ve received at the local store (on Broadway).
I had a very complicated experience trying to switch from AT&T, which was AT&T’s fault, not T Mobile’s. While AT&T was deceitful during this process, T Mobile was honest and easy to deal with.
In particular, Blayden went far above and beyond to solve my problem, which took him a couple of hours. Where someone else would have just said “it can’t be done”, he kept at it until my problem was solved. I was very grateful for his efforts.
After dealing with problematic phone and internet providers for many years, it’s been very refreshing to get the excellent service I've received with T Mobile, especially at our local store.”

“Want expert advice and help if you have slow or poor internet or tmobile Hotspot, come see Joe and his trained staff at the Bayshore mall, suite 211, enter through TJ-max and you can see it a little to the right. I called all over including tech support until I found Joe and his team. Very happy with getting a solution to camping in areas with weak signals, and fast at home.”
“owner is about 91 years old....if customers cant get that , they need to shop someplace else.....This shop has been around for many years. people need to get out of thier idea of "wait on me hand and foot attitude", and realise , you can shop other places if you need something really fast, or you want someone to kiss you when you walk thru the door...they have been in bussiness since the early 70s...”
