Cloneys has always been the best pharmacy in town. They offer free delivery and multiple platforms to refill prescriptions. Years ago when I was undergoing chemotherapy treatment I needed a nausea medication that my insurance wouldn't cover and I could not afford. Cloneys contacted the drug maker and got them to donate the medication to me. Above and beyond the call of duty. A family member did experience some judgement from a cashier when he would pick up 1 type of medication, I went with him and witnessed this first hand but I would not let 1 cashier ruin my opinion about a great establishment but it is something to be aware of.

We switched to this pharmacy after being mistreated at another large chain pharmacy. The difference is unbelievable! Cloney's will help fight for your medications, take the time to talk to you, and quickly fix any errors PLUS deliver them to your door. You simply can't beat the quality of service that Cloney's provides. They are amazing.

Wonderful, helpful staff. Go above and beyond their call of duty to help out any way they can. Their physical shops are always filled with fun/cool gifts while you wait, and the wait is never long!

Cloney’s is the only Pharmacy in Eureka that I use anymore. I have lived here over 15 years and in all that time they have provided me with superior service. I love the people behind the counter and the free delivery service is great for those times when you are just not able to get into the pharmacy (no matter the reason). When I do go inside the Harrison location (specifically) I am always greeted with a smile. Even during these current trying times Cloney’s staff has stayed working hard to keep up with all of our pharmacy needs. Thank you all! Keep up the fine work!

My grandma has been using Cloney's for years, and so long as we were picking up her prescriptions we didn't have any trouble. The actual shop is adorable, with several unique little gifts and really cool antiques in the display cases. However, I took over care of my grandma late last year and I've had to call Cloney's about four times because there was some mix-up and her prescriptions weren't getting to her on time. I asked, during at least three different calls, that her prescriptions be auto-refilled and delivered to my office. The fourth time I called because she was running low on something, I asked if there was something I needed to do to make auto-refill/delivery work, because I'd requested it a few times and it wasn't working. They told me that she was no longer eligible for auto-refill/delivery because they'd tried and couldn't reach anyone and had to put her medication into the back stock. That's very nearly impossible; I was having them delivered to an office with an active front desk receptionist who is facing the front door from 7:30AM to 5PM, and I am in the building until 5:30. I understand that they deliver until 7PM, but I had told them during the second call that deliveries between 5:30 and 7PM should go to my home address instead, or they could call me. Not once did I get a call saying a delivery person was outside my office and needed me to meet them. The only time I have successfully received a delivery is if I called the prescription in that day or the day before - and those deliveries arrived around 3PM. Not to mention the time her prescription somehow ended up in McKinnleyville, although to be fair that could have been the clinic's mistake. I was willing to give Cloney's much, much more leeway than I would give a chain store as far as disappointing service, because they're a small local business - but the person I spoke to during this final call seemed frustrated with me from the very front of the call, and I was going out of my way to be polite and speak softly and frame this as some kind of mix-up that maybe even I might be at fault for, and I just wanted it fixed. I really, really was not talking down to her in even the slightest way. It wasn't until she called me "non-compliant" and said we were no longer eligible for auto refill with delivery (so I would need to call in all refills from now on) that I got a little frustrated, and asked her to repeat herself and explain in detail what their policy was, and I felt my tone change a bit - we had not yet identified the source of the problem, but their policy was to assign blame to me and cut me off from a service I depended on without so much as a phone call? I asked if that meant I could no longer get delivery on prescriptions at all, and she practically sighed in my ear that, of course, they will always deliver. Oh. Of course. Because I should have assumed that when she called me non-compliant and said I was no longer eligible for auto-refill with delivery, the delivery part was exempt. Silly me. (I'm being a little sarcastic now, but I swear I was not with her.) Of course right then my other phone rang, and I had to answer it, and before I even had a chance to put the other person on hold (there's a script I have to go through first) she tried to rush me off the phone (so I could barely hear either of them, talking at the same time) like I was wasting her time. I told her before I answered the other phone I was sorry and to please give me just a moment, but nope - she started talking while I was clearly talking to the other person to rush me. She had to have known from the way I answered the phone it was a work call. I get that she was at work too - I really was going to put the other person on hold the moment I finished the greeting script (which does pause to give them a chance to tell me their name and who they're calling for). I wasn't trying to be rude to her. I worked customer service and hospitality for over a decade w
