“I've been in here about two times now. Both times for fairly minor purchases. Both times, the staff were genuinely appreciative that I shopped there. The last time, in particular, the clerk stated that "after 70 years in business, you take nothing for granted" and offered his business card. The fact that the store has been there that long, in addition to surviving COVID and the encroachment of two big box sporting goods stores in the same city, says a lot. That attitude turned me into a customer for life.”
