Love love the car(Ford Escape Hybrid). Drives well, very attractive and has tons of safety features to protect you will driving. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful and kept us in the loop regarding status of car as we had ordered it. Excellent followup- even after we brought car home. Thank you.

Harper’s got my vehicle in quickly and reported to us throughout the day on the progress. The service department carefully explained their findings and got my vehicle back to me the same day. This is my second very positive experience with this company. I will use them again.

I purchased a 2013 VW Passat at Harper's recently. I had been looking for the right car for months and when a car that fit my criteria showed up, sales let me know. My salesman Seth was excellent from the test drive to going over pricing. He got me a great deal and Laurence in financing walked me through the small print! No pressure during the whole process! Highly recommend Harper Motors!

Lies to customers all the time about prices. Tell you one price then when you come in they double it at minimum. So people take time off work losing income to be charged more and of course they never work on your vehicle for hours but you get charged for those labor hours. Harper is very out of touch with customers.

Today I attempted to sell my vehicle without purchasing a new vehicle. The showroom was busy when I arrived around noon. The sales manager took the time to appraise the vehicle within 15 minutes. I was happy with the valuation and appreciate the speedy service.

Very rude group of men. Unwilling to return calls and messages, charging for services not rendered, and not honoring a mandated extended warranty for my Transmission Control Module. It's unfortunate that this is the only dealer here. I'd go anywhere else if there was another option.Update: The manager Robert reached out to me personally a few days after posting this review. He offered to diagnose my vehicle free to see if the extended warranty is an option for my vehicle.

If you are from out of state I'd strongly suggest purchasing from a different dealership. I purchased a Brand new Ford pickup from them 5 months ago and still have not been able to get it registered because they will not ship the documents or the taxes and registration I already paid for to Idaho so I can get plates. 4 months of driving an illegal pickup around and their response is "we are waiting on a document from Ford"... Like what?! I was satisfied with them at first but this is getting ridiculous, I've had to cancel a trip already because I couldn't drive a non-registered vehicle into Canada...

Sam called me at noon letting me know that they just had a cancellation on a Maverick Hybrid AWD Off-Road and that had just been delivered. He called 16 pages of leads before reaching me. I had shown interest a couple of years earlier in a the hybrid version so he had me in his CRM. We are so glad he called - we bought the car that day and everyone was great including Antoine. I felt good buying the 3 year extension on the full warranty.

Called in my appointment a few days before cause there's a small chance of getting in unless you're super early. Service was fast and easy oil change tire rotation in about an hour. Employees were helpful and kind.

We bought a new Sorento in 2021 and the tires wore out at less then 19,000 miles, and the black trim package is wearing off and looks terrible, the check engine light is on and the part has been on back order for 5 weeks. We've been fighting with Harper about these issues for 3 months now and and they just keep "passing the buck". Absolutely the worst service ever!
