Excellent place to shop; my favorite in town. Great prices, and a large variety of different kinds of products. Friendly, knowledgeable staff that are happy to help and answer questions. The only place I get my stuff from, if I can help it.

Great prices, friendly staff, speedy deliveries, debit accepted, and low price minimum purchases for deliveries, which I believe is only $35. Most local dispensaries have a minimum purchase price that's over $100 before they'll even think about making a local delivery which is why I started shopping here in the first place. Keep doing your thing Humboldt Premium. You have my loyalty and support.

Gave me a wrong product I didn’t want and tried to return it a minute later and wouldn’t give me wut I came in there for- a cartridge- will never go back and a was a loyal customer- I left my 45$ product there and walked out- these people suck

Humboldt Premium is my usual go to place. It’s always been exceptional service until today. I purchased online for pick up a ready to use cartridge from the brand Raw Garden. I was able to get 2 hits from it and then it died. I called your store to try and find a solution. I was told by one of your employees that the Raw Garden cartridges are now rechargeable and that they don’t carry the charger for it and that I would need to get one at a smoke shop.I don’t understand how you can sell a product but not inform the customer that they will need additional parts in order to make it work. Or provide the product needed for the products you sell. I also can’t get a refund. No solution offered. Poor customer service!

Usually great but new bud tenders try to pick for me to they over talk..and don't listen..today a field bud tenders had a menu in her hand and had to go inside to tell me available flavors in certain dab..?

I honestly refuse to shop here, this place is an embarrassment to the industry and the County. Unfortunately I have lazy friends that like the drive thru service and I somehow end up getting roped into taking them when we hang.Don’t bother getting comfortable with any of the budtender’s because they’ll change before you know it, the only one that’s been there a long time is that older lady that’s as clueless as they come. We just found out recently that she’s the supervisor, I guess that explains why there’s so much turn around, you got the blind leading the blind.One time she helped my friend, she didn’t know what he was asking her and it almost seemed like she was trying to flirt with him too, when she’s old enough to be his mom! He asked her about the diamond infused prerolls, he wanted to know more info about them.Friend: Can you tell me about your Diamond infused prerolls?Supervisor: Yeah, they have diamonds (she said as she winked at him)Friend: Yeah, I know, I mean how are they made?Supervisor: They’re made with diamonds, you know thc diamonds, they get you REALLY high.All he wanted to know was the method of infusion. Was the paper brushed with liquid diamonds? Were they dusted with powdered diamonds? Or did they roll rough cut diamonds in with the flower?Now that’s just one of several examples, the other day was also frustrating since we were in a bit of a hurry trying to catch our movie next door, my friend placed an order online for pick up, but when we get there they say they’re out of what he ordered and had to pick something else. He could’ve gotten what he needed somewhere else but didn’t have time now because our movie was starting soon, so he had to settle for something else that ended up not even being that good.Wish I could say this was the first time this happened, but honestly their website is hit or miss.Speaking of websites, I heard they opened a new shop in Arcata, so I just tried looking it up but apparently it’s STILL under construction all these months later.What a joke, there’s plenty of better dispensaries in the area with owners that are actually passionate about the industry and take the time to make sure their employees are educated. I highly doubt the owners are even from Humboldt, seems like they’re just in it to get rich off stoners and tourists that don’t know any better.

This is my go-to dispensary for quick and easy drive-up service in Eureka. Staff is super helpful and knowledgeable. Personally, I'm REALLY appreciative that they haven't gotten rid of drive-up service like others have.
