Interstate Battery of the Redwoods has friendly, knowledgeable staff and handles retail & wholesale sales. Their battery installation charge is reasonable if you're not a DIYer. They are very helpful and buy back old batteries when money allows, otherwise they will still take them. Under new management, they will not honor battery warranties, which some customers note. Workers are very fast, installed with no waiting, pleasant and professional. The shop doesn't look like much from outside, but service is great.
Stopped in to have an Interstate battery checked. The problem was with a starter, not the battery. The technician diagnosed the situation and my mechanic confirmed the diagnosis.
