I had some wires chewed through by mice, and they were able to get me an appointment quickly and even completed the work before lunch. They were all very kind and took the time to explain exactly what was affected. I highly recommend them.

Paid over 1100 dollars for a partial, incomplete, middle console replacement after an electrical fire in my car still have melted middle console pieces and they "fixed" my burnt shifter panel with a tacky fake carbon fiber sticker
Never was told or offered a solution to lights that came on after electrical fire.

Maybe they're good at auto electric, but do not take a lawn tractor to this "Craftsman Certified" shop. I'll say it once more DO NOT take a lawn tractor in for service, or you will regret it!
