Wow, I made a phone call to Limas pharmacy pulling away from the St.Joe hospital. By the time I got to Limas pharmacy was .03 miles away, walked right in to the cutest, cleanest, great atmosphere, good mellow happy fresh energy about the place!!! I don't want to brag too much and have the world going there, but it felt so nice & welcoming, also to still have a small family oriented place to go these days means a lot to me. Didn't matter much when I was younger, bow 44yrs old I see the whole picture!!! THANK YOU LIMAS PHARMACY, to owners & stagff:bless you & your families!!!Your new happy customer -Starr☆ (J.S.B-R)

I've been using Lima's for 10 years and they're great! Always super helpful and patient, make sure you start with the date of birth when you call ?

If I can give 0 stars I would. Staff is horrible and rude to my client who has parkinsons. All together, this place does not care about your health.

Lima's Unprofessional Pharmacy would be a more appropriate name.

They've been having issues of keeping meds in stock, which is no fault of their own as a small business pharmacy during the era of modern disease with things such as Covid, but I've had a problem in which I've been trying to get a proper refill of estrogen. Even had to pay for some a week ago, but today as I was finally getting my proper amount of estrogen, they misgendered me the whole way through... as I was getting my estrogen. Are these country folk that blind? I get I don't look conventionally feminine anymore, but that's still no excuse. Terrible service. Don't misgender someone as they're just trying to get estrogen or testosterone.

The woman I spoke to was absolutely appalling. She was very rude and short and didn't even answer my questions. At the very end I heard her removed the phone from her ear and talk crap about me! She was telling her coworkers that I shouldn't be a caregiver... okay I'm not a doctor these people are supposed to answer our questions which she couldn't even do.

Nina is a very rude person. She constantly talks over me and and mother. If you have questions about your medication she will be little you and try to make you feel stupid.Things are constantly getting filled without asking for them to.When I say we don't need them I get told well you don't have to pick them up they will be here for next time. Not the way I thought we would be treated when we transferred months ago.I give one star because there are some pretty awesome people who work there.

Nina is awful and the other staff is so so. The staff that came from Cloneys is amazing of course. I gave it a good six months! I even gave it two more months after Nina bit my head off and I was apologized to and begged to stay by another employee. Today, when again nothing was right, I left. To top it off, I was given some of a prescription that apparently wasn't all the way filled last month that they needed my signature for. Hey, thanks for the notice! When you can hear the unprofessional staff in the back talking the way Nina talks it is completely appalling. I feel so bad for anyone who has to work with that miserable woman. I'm sure it was her I heard. Just to be honest, they all look miserable. Goodbye and good luck. I too miss Cloneys.

After cloneys closed I was sent to CVS and I requested to go back to a local pharmacy. Unfortunately I should have read the reviews bc now I'm considering going back to CVS. They are so much easier to request a refill. I keep trying to log into the Limas app but it doesn't seem to work. I called to ask for assistance but no one could offer any suggestions so.... next time I will just stick with the bigger chain with all the processes in place to provide a better overall experience.

The wait is always long. Staff is rude. They don’t deliver (once a week maybe and always booked). They take forever to do anything. I miss Cloneys. It really sucks this is the only local option available. Cloneys was the best!

I’ve never had such bad customer service from a locally owned pharmacy. It’s so sad that Cloneys had to close. If you have time sensitive meds I would avoid using Lima’s at all cost!

Very professional and received individual care. A wonderful experience, thank you. Adam is wonderful too, he really cares about people and getting meds to them efficiently.

I was looking for a place to take recycled pharmacy pills. They don't do this anymore. Staff was freindly, busy but in a small room. The entrance is at the back of the building.
