Jake was super knowledgeable & friendly. Got me in and out with what I wanted in a timely manner. A different T mobile store wasn't able to help me, but Jake easily got the job done.

Dishonest about pricing and promotions. I was told that if I switched to tmobile i would receive 2 free watches. I later find out that only one watch was free and the other was tacked on as finance charges. I plan on switching back to my previous carrier. Stay far away from tmobile. Their coverage is also awful

I will not step foot in this location. The customer service representatives can't give a straight response to save their lives. I actually had to go online to find out how much it would cost to combine my phones and Internet. Tried three times at the mall location.

Currently using they're Internet provider and it's honestly so much better than my Verizon plan on my phone in the area I live in not trying to slam Verizon but T-Mobile might be calling me back sooner or later ??

They're sold out of phones and tablets. No new improvements. There is a phone shortage. They won't be improving. Take it when they got it in stock. I read some of the other reviews they were saying they were sorry. But there was still not changing their practices. How are you going to make any money if you don't have any phones in stock. I like the cell phone service a lot.

It takes some time, but once you reach the "good customer" status, there are lots of perks of being with T-Mobile. The service as awesome, very attentive and prepared staff.

Besides phone not working right from start. Phone hasn't worked at all for 2 months.But they still take $116 a month.i was told since I get food stamps my phone and watch are free just pay taxes. Since August t-mobile has carged me $116 a month phone hasn't worked more time than it has w orked. I pId a phone guy in the mall $50 so he would remove everything on my phone

All of the crew I encountered were tremendous help to me & my mom. We received more help in the few hours in the Bayshore Mall store than we did in all the years we were with Verizon & our internet/landline phone/tv provider. We not only got a new phone for my mom but new internet, tv, & a phone upgrade for me. I'll also be subscribing to their landline phone service soon. I've been recommending T-Mobile to my friends & coworkers every chance I get.?
