Worked with Austin Alley over the phone to get a very specific Tacoma. I flew in from out of town to get the vehicle. Very fast and efficient transaction. Highly recommend Mid City Motor. Very pleased with my new truck. They even picked me up at the airport.

They got the second and third star for having good coffee and an affable salesman. Anything at all that is a problem, they blame my service dog. After the first oil change, they returned my RAV with torn upholstery on the side near the front seat. Unusual place for an older dog with joint problems to actually get to. The timing was more than coincidental. As a “good faith” gesture according to the department manager, Mr. Rasmussen, he sent me a cover for the console to my old address from 6 years ago. Why they had my old rental address as a primary one, I have no idea. My moonroof malfunctioning? The dog’s fault for shedding. Despite multiple requests, there were no suggestions or recommendations at all how to rectify the problem, just demands for hundreds of dollars and I am left to either pay or figure out some other way myself. Obviously, I’m afraid to void any warranty by trying to fix the problem myself. Being deaf and disabled, YouTube videos are difficult to listen to, unless they (rarely) have CC. I really liked the salesman Jeff, though. Very personable, he was.

Getting services here for my Toyota Prime is usually fine, but today I felt I was singled out unfairly, I had to wait a long time and felt rudely treated by the grim, unsmiling, abrupt, and non speaking English attendants. They were rude and made me wait until the very last of the group was served. I had to remind Ryan that I had been waiting. I will always in the future bring my husband, they don't act that way when he's there. It was bad public relations.

Wow what a great buying experience I just had! I contacted Sadie by email about a CRV I was interested in and she promptly replied with all the information I asked for. It made me excited to meet her and check out the CRV on the lot. I was impressed by her professionalism as well as making me feel very comfortable through the whole buying process. Based on reading horrorstories about other dealerships, I was expecting alot of push back, pressure sales as well as hidden fees. None of that happened! She was so easy going and straight forward while helping me get the deal I felt good about. She also went above and beyond to drop off the car at my home when I wasn't able to get it there myself. Kudos to Kim in the finance dept for being so personable and for explaining each form in detail as well as not making me feel pressured to buy anything extra. If you're on the fence about buying a car at MidCity Honda, please give Sadie a chance to help you out. You won't regret it.

Bought my Tacoma down south but get it serviced from Mid city. The service is beyond slow. 2 hours and 45 minutes for oil and to patch a nail hole in the tire. When I asked 2 hours into the appointment they said they had to switch technicians. could have taken it to a local tire store and had it fixed in 15 minutes and for free. But no I waited all this time and had to to pay for the tire repair. Never again.

Purchased multiple cars here. Great business overall, honest, good service department, and great inventory.Cedric in sales always takes the time to make sure we get exactly what we want. Management has also been very helpful sorting out minor issues when they came up. The 4 star rating is because of some distasteful experiences in the finance office. I understand pushing the contract add ons, but there’s a line where it’s just rude.Buy with confidence from mid city. But keep your wits about you when signing the contracts.

I usually take my car in to get serviced here, I was due for a major service which I hadn't gotten done here before. They wanted to charge me $1800 to do a major service on my element, instead I just decided to get my oil changed and my tires rotated. When I got my car back they recommended replacing my CV boot and some other fixes. Afterwards I took my car down to my old mechanic in the bay area to get the major service done and he only charged me 600 and gave me a second opinion on the repairs they suggested. When I picked up my car he said my CV boot had at the very least another year left on it and did not think any of the other fixes were necessary at all. Seems like this place just wants to up charge you for unnecessary repairs, I will not be returning in the future.

I had a great experience bringing my Honda here for servicing! It was easy to call & make an appointment for the next morning, and everyone I talked to (making appointment, guiding me where to park, check-in) was super nice, even to an airhead that knows nothing about cars. :pFor a full 1115,000 mile recommended servicing with an engine coolant refill, brake inspection, oil change, multi-point inspection, tire rotation and (optional) throttle body cleaning service to help with mileage efficiency, the total w/ tax was $392. There were cheaper options, too, but I wanted everything done.The wait was less than 2 hours, and I actually enjoyed myself at my own 4-seat table with freshly ground & brewed local coffee and choice of x3 types of toasted bagels and cream cheese. The music was catchy and some people were even bopping around in their seats. There was a free shuttle I could have taken home if I had wanted, too.After the service, everything was patiently explained to me, so I was really pleased!

We bought our first car, a Toyota, from Austin Alley. He was helpful, honest, and communicative throughout the whole process. Whenever we had a question, he always responded quickly, and he was also very flexible when coordinating picking up the car. He kept his word on all promises, and there were no surprises when the car arrived. Both he and the finance manager were straightforward and never pushy. This was very important to us since we drove from several hours away and didn't want any surprises. Overall, we had a great experience and appreciated his expertise and guidance. Would highly recommend him and the dealership for buying a car!
