My experience at the Myrtle Ave Storage Center was absolutely amazing. Lisa was very kind and explained everything clearly and efficiently. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a storage unit. Pricing was extremely fair especially since I am a student and part time worker.

Inconsiderate When I called there was a unit opening up and a I really expressed how much I needed a unit and I will take it! Please don't give it away, and confirmed on Friday to pick up my key on Monday. I told her great! That gives me the weekend to gather everything. So I did. I call on Monday at 3 to pick up my key so I can begin loading and she gave the unit to someone else! She said she hadn't heard from me yet and it's first come first serve. I feel I should've been given by the end of the day on Monday to pick up my key like we agreed. I called back the same day in the afternoon and it was no longer available. I thought we had an understanding? You could've taken their info down incase I don't show. If you are unable to hold units, I would've been more than happy to pay for it that day to secure it.

Looking for a local storage unit and this one came up. Tried looking online but there is not much detail, called them ul and the lady scoffed at me when I asked what was available. Will not use them. Ever.

Storage facility is fine. Convient location. Easy access, easy exit. Over all I feel safe. Seen a few shady looking people there lurking around in the past. Reported to the office. Seems like the back fenced area that boarders other peoples property could use a little more attention to security. Some of the employees are not so friendly.

Lady on the phone is rude as hell, interrupts you, cuts off, sounds annoyed, she should just quit and move on with life.. she ended call by hanging up the phone without saying a word... c*%t

Very narrow driveway in storage unit, couldn't safely navigate our vehicles. However the staff are very friendly and helpful. They're knowledgeable and kind.

Friendly staff and sign up is easy if you can get in. But as with every other storage facility in Humboldt access is limited.
