The female staff aka manager in charge of fish section was very rude and made me feel my privacy was intruded. She asked a lot of questions and refused to sell me fish.

Incredibly rude employees. I bought a fish tank a few weeks ago, and came to buy fish today. The person in the fish dept. asked me a bunch of questions (she said I had to answer) and refused to sell me 50 cent feeder fish because she thought my tank was "too small". Cool, will shop local.

Cashier Rayna on 07/12/24 register 3 transaction number 223923 was very rude, I always get cashiers who are so kind and ask questions about my visit asking if we found everything okay, but Rayna had a mad face the whole time and when I asked to input my phone number she had a bad tone saying GO FOR IT and kept scanning the items all angry. Made me not want to return to this location anymore.

The man in the fish department went above and beyond in helping me find a new pet, explained and quieted all my concerns as well as solving the existing problems I had with my tank at home.

Incredibly rude front end worker. I just left, it is Monday, June 10. I asked her where to find some treats, she basically rolled her eyes and was clearly annoyed. My card got declined at the end and she didn’t even respond when I said I would come back later. It makes me feel sick how blatantly rude and unfriendly she was. She should not be working at the front end with customers she should be in the back or doing some thing other than face-to-face customer service. I do not want to go back to this Petco.
The man who was called to find me in the treat section to help me with a calming brand was very helpful and kind and took his time to help me understand my options. I am a first time puppy owner, and he was very helpful and took the time to explain the effects of the different options .

The staff at this establishment demonstrate a lack of proper care and knowledge regarding the animals they are selling. They provide inaccurate information, which can be misleading to customers. You're better off going to a local pet store.
