I went in today for my fill. Now my polish does not match also have grooves and she didn't put any of the fill on my nails. Been picking polish off fingers. They look like shit..
I hope my nails make it 2 weeks and I'm going back to my old place.....

If I could I would give them a zero I would. They have filed through nails and hit finger and filed skin so bad it has caused tears and burns. And nails don’t stay after a week and a half. Don’t go here the worst customer service and management I have ever seen. My daughter lost 7nails in a week and a half.

Please do not waste your money and go to this place ,they rush to do people nails and doesn’t do a good work …WORST PLACE EVER,my nails were a complete trash and pedicure wasn’t done well either..Beware of this place!!

I went for a pedicure and just wanted to relax. It started out my foot tub was cold so that was brought up? So she started filing my toe's it was so rough I told her to SLOW DOWN I work hard it was the weekend so I wanted a comfortable experience but, this salon missed the mark and my nail experience was not going to be returning.

The acrylic fills went really well but the lady who painted my nails did not let the gel polish set correctly and it stayed wet for 2 weeks until I had it removed

I've been before, and I've had good service, but this time I went with my boyfriend and it was disappointing. We sat down at the same time, and both asked for a manicure. They started on me, then three different customers walked in after, and they were all started on before my boyfriend. I got a different top coat than I asked for, and when I pointed it out, the nail tech told me that what I had asked for was a dip, and he made his own decision that I didn't like for top coat. I had to ask him to clean up nailpolish from around my nails after he finished. 3 people were helped before my boyfriend after he had gotten there, making it so we didn't have time. They only offered to start on him after I was done. They only offered a repaint, no refund, and said I didn't do enough to complain. Underneath the nails looks messy. They don't look awful overall, I will just go someplace else moving forward.

I have gels on usually they are on for about a week or so and im loosing a nail this time I have had my nails on for 2 months now and haven't lost one!

I would say it is probably the worse service I've ever gotten. I had a pedicure and the lady finished in less than 30 minutes. She didn't scrub my feet at all. The massage was a few minutes per foot. Everything was done so sloppy. She cut me and kept putting cuticle cream on the cut. She said to stop the bleeding, but it obviously didn't work. I had nail polish on my skin, rediculously messy work to say the least.
