THIS is the place to go if you need your car fixed, and I'm so glad I did. They worked seamlessly with my insurance, communicated well throughout the time they had my car, and the work was even completed early. They are super helpful and friendly, from the front desk, to the assessor, to the people doing the fixing. The shop itself is clean, the waiting area has good coffee, and the whole place looks rad in general and is covered in art and awesome details. Quality even got me in and out of a rental car, and when I picked my car up it looked *flawless*. All work was done with precision and care, and the paint matching was on point. When I picked up they had even cleaned out the interior, and, shockingly, there is no evidence of dogs or kids in here; just a thank you note personally signed by all the people who helped get my car back to normal. I am now a forever customer, and I highly recommend them to others-- and to YOU reading this review... Don't hesitate! Thanks, Quality Body Works! Thanks Kameron! xx

Great experience. Free estimate with no appointment needed. Lady at the front desk was super sweet and welcoming and was very helpful with the whole process. Definitely recommend if you need an estimate done in Humboldt county!

Really good service. They would call me and give me updates often. They had my vehicle in and out in one week. I was getting front end damage work done from hitting a deer. 😞 they made the process easy for me, during an already hard time.

The people at Quality Body Works made what could have been a stressful and unpleasant situation not only not stressful, not unpleasant, but easy, enjoyable, and positive! They handled the insurance business for the other party's responsibility, got the full amount approved, I didn't have to do a thing, they were competent, friendly, efficient, and did a beautiful job with the service that was needed. The office staff had very positive energy and were great. They even had good coffee. Place is clean, pleasing to look at with a great mural painted on the front and looks like people care about it. High vibes environment. Seriously, one couldn't ask for more in a body shop. Thank you especially to Kameron, who was confident, skilled, and communicated very clearly. Yay for QUALITY!

I am very pleased with the service I received from them. I believe I mostly dealt with Nate and Lacey but everyone (including the birthday girl, sorry forgot her name) was very nice. I wish customer service was like this everywhere.
Some other things that I appreciate are:
-How they helped me get to work in the morning after dropping car off at their shop.
-How they made me feel comfortable and worked with me to find a plan that best fit my needs and budget.
-How they made my car look, I am happy again when I see my car. :)

They’re the best! They’ve fixed a couple of my cars and the work is always excellent. After a cement truck sideswiped my latest car, they repaired it (and detailed it!) so the car looks new. They are responsive, reliable, and friendly. I highly recommend them.
