I would avoid this storage center.Unwilling to communicateIt’s pretty clear that every negative review about the female manager at this establishment is underselling how much of a difficult pill she truly is.She’s worse than every review states.

Terrible customer service. Find another business to store your belongings. Rude, money driven group obviously without any concern for community service and assistance.

The lady who works there told me she would kick me out cuss I caught my wife in a lie so I yelled you r a dam lier. If she would have I would have sued her and this place. Freedom of speech and we both r half deaf and I was up a flit of stairs. The place is very nice the lady wants to be a cop. She should be fired before they get in to court over her

Rented from them for over ten years with no issues. When they consolidated their offices I started paying at the broadway office. The female manager there I soon discovered was very rude, petty and had serious control issues. I was standing in line waiting my turn to pay, minding my own business. The manager said something to me that I didn't hear. She then started screaming at me for not responding right away. And I mean screaming. After that they started accusing me of all sorts of wrong doing with absolutely no proof. I stopped by my unit only once sometimes twice a month for 15 to 20 minutes at a time. They locked me out saying I was spending too much time in my unit. Meanwhile others would be at their unit for an hour or more. They then said I was living in my unit and coming and going all the time which was an absolute lie. They then started blaming me for all the garbage in their facility. They locked me out three times with no proof of any wrong doing and then told me to get out and that I wad banned. Truly unbelievable and just plain false. Since then I have rented from another company for years now with absolutey no issues and I use this unit the same way I used their unit. That manager is out of her mind so be careful when dealing with that nut.

July 19,2023. Got a call from the office on Monday stating they needed to do work on the building and needed my key to unlock my unit. I inquired as to when this work was to being done, Office Mgr (Kim) stated this week, so said I would try and get a key over in the next few days given I am a HCP working the local Hospital M-F. Next day got a call from another office person stating they wanted the key today...when calling back to confirm access to my unit and who will be watching my stuff, etc while it is open.. the MGR (Kim) got nasty stating they would either just cut my lock or I could just move my stuff out of the unit. I guess the Office knows nothing about customer service, nor how to plan projects being there was no official notification this work was being done, or confirmation of who is securing my belongings while work is done. A lot can be said about a business that employs a so called office manager that thinks bullying customers with threats is acceptable.

Horrible customer service, extremely rude women with a lot of attitude & low intelligence. Whoever does the hiring definitely is bias towards a certain demographic & gender, not an equal opportunity employer. They raise their prices often but haven't upgraded their outdated kiosk & website. The manager woman who works in Eureka is horrid & should never work interacting with the public. She always seems pissed and annoyed at doing her job even when paying rent by rolling eyes, being unnecessarily rude & pretending like she doesn't understand with snide remarks... psychotic!

I rented a storage unit from the McKinleyville location. After one month I no longer needed the unit. I needed to email a change of address for them to send my deposit and was having difficulties sending the email. I then reserved another storage unit at the Arcata location July 19th. On the 20th I called about what information I needed to email. The following day, after noticing my email didn't go through, I called them about my issue emailing them. They made a mistake of canceling my new unit that I had rented in Arcata. A few days later I received my deposits for both locations. When I called about their mistake they told me that I said I didn't need the new unit that I had just rented. When I asked to speak to the manager, who was the person that made the mistake, they told me they already new my problem and talking to her wouldn't go well for me. They were extremely rude and when I still suggest that she call me back they said "we will no longer rent to you because of all of the problems you are causing for us" and hung up. It seems they go out of their way to be one of those companies that make people's lives that much harder. One that people don't want to deal with but are forced to. They also flagged my posts elsewhere for removal to silence me.

This place has the absolute worst customer service possible. They are inpolite and try to charge you for anything they possibly can. On top of that they constantly raise their rates. Look somewhere else for your storage needs.

I’ve emailed this company multiple times to tell them to stop emailing me my exes bill. I’ve given them a new email to send it to, yet they won’t take the hint. So I’m gonna write another review and keep doing this until it gets resolved I’ve emailed them telling them that if they keep sending emails to me I’m going to keep writing reviews

So many challenges renting here and living over seas. For all the stress and drama this place creates I wish it was a bit cheaper.It’s not perfect but it’s the best I can do.

Uhm the manager lacks the most basic customer service skills, I walked in after having paid them over two hundred dollars on Friday for a storage unit and then Monday I spoke to the manager who was completely rude and had no idea what I was talking about
