His approach to listing the property showed his passion and years of experience, I sat back and watched the listing take off with a smile on my face. My property sold for well above asking price, an offer many dream of. And I believe it was because Tom knew exactly what I wanted, and I trusted him when he suggested things for me to do. This was my first real estate transaction in my life, and boy did Tom set the bar high. I could not recommend him enough, he is by far the best realtor in Humboldt County.”
