If I could put zero stars, I would. Me and my boyfriend were waiting patiently to get his hair cut. One of her sons were just finishing a cut and the other came storming in like he was late. Calls my boyfriend in after coming from the back and harasses him about coming to the haircut with a hat? Then tells him he can’t do his haircut anymore. Then the owner proceeds to take the next person after my boyfriend while the son who had nobody in his chair said he couldn’t do the haircut. I guess that’s humboldt for you.

Don’t let that guy with a long beard that they stick in the corner cut your hair. I don’t know his name because he didn’t introduce himself and was very rude when I asked him to repeat himself when he mumbled things addressed to me. He remained awkwardly silent for awhile but then proceeded to badmouth the people that work across the way and saying that,“I hate working with people… yet here I am.” He also asked why I don’t want product (which I’ve never been asked before) and when I started to say why he “didn’t want to hear it” and then told me that I need to use product because it would make his job easier. Sorry that I work a real job that I had just got off and my hair wasn’t perfect for ya buddy boy. He was very rough with me and really pulled at my hair at times which I can take but never had someone be that rough. He definitely takes his anger out on clients. All around an extremely uncomfortable experience and one of the worst examples of customer service I’ve experienced. The result of the haircut was decent, not worth 40$, but decent. Have been going here for years and would like to continue to but if he’s around, nah.

I took my four year old to Supercuts and he was in and out in less than 10 minutes and it showed. I then went to RMH for my own haircut after. The staff noticed the haircut and spent more time on fixing his hair than the original haircut took. All that, and they didn’t charge for the fix. Very pleased with this business and the staff who work there. They truly care about their work. 6 stars.

When I first saw this place, I thought it was more for men or maybe it wasn't great because it's in the mall but boy was I wrong! I'm so glad I gave it a shot because every time I come here, I'm completely satisfied with the service! I always ask for Rebecca because she is just the best. I have fine and fairly thin hair but she knows how to works with it. I generally get a cut and highlights/lowlights and love the job she does. I've shown her different hair pictures on my phone of what I want and she makes it happen! I haven't been back to my old salon since I tried this place. I also found them on Facebook so try checking them out there too.

This used to be a good place to get a cut, but over time it's transitioned into more of a barber shop. It may be great for men, but it's no longer a good option for me.
