Kennedy is, hands down, the best car salesman around. Within 5 minutes he showed me 4 cars that were all great, and affordable, options. Went to lunch to think about the options and when I came back he already had the car I liked best ready to go. The nicest thing about Kennedy is he's from Humboldt and he listens to what you actually want/need for your new car. No pressure. Great experience. Would definitely recommend talking to Kennedy if you're looking for a car.

Im very disappointed. I was looking for my first car. I got referred to go here. Everybody was so sweet and I found my car. well just found out I have to replace my clutch. My warranty expired. I have no idea what I'm going to do.

Got a 2013 Acura MDX in July '19 from Roy's. We were treated very well, and got what I feel was a good deal on a good car. 18 months later and we've had zero issues with the car, and we will look to Roy's again the next time we're in the market for a vehicle.

I stumbled upon Roy's autos when I was looking for a used car of a particular make and price. I nervously picked up the phone, afraid of the typical used car salesman approach. But I was totally - and pleasantly - surprised. My experience with Roy's has been friendly, genuine and positive the whole way through. They had a carfax report paid for and ready to go, they texted me photos of the report and other details about the car, and they priced the car reasonably relative to Edmunds and Kelly Blue Book pricing. I even needed a little extra help from them in getting the car trucked to my location several hours away, and they were helpful and smooth throughout. I recommend Brandon specifically since he did a bunch of the legwork on my transaction, but the whole staff and management were friendly and genuine throughout. I'm impressed & would totally endorse Roy's!
