Everyone I have been in contact with at Scrapper’s Edge is always so helpful, kind, and professional. I have come in multiple times over the years for fingerprinting service. They are very reasonably priced, and you can walk in without needing a prior appointment. They have such a great selection of products, if you need it, chances are they have it! I also really appreciate that they help support other local businesses. I own a local small business that offers some of the same services as Scrappers Edge, we refer business back and forth. This truly sets them apart, and helps build a stronger community. Thank you for being an asset to Humboldt County!

Sondra, Kelsey and Staff went out of their way to make my Father's Celebration of Life Party exceptional! Full-size-banners to hang from the ceiling, Service Programs, Save-the Date postcards. We couldn't have done it without them!

A fantastic shop that works hard to get your project printed fast and the way you need it. They are often busy, so check with them to schedule your larger print jobs a day or two ahead.

When I need printing services or signs made, I usually deal with the owner. My last visit to Scrapper's Edge was to have garage sale signs printed. I explained to the employee behind the counter what I needed & wrote out what I wanted the signs to say. I even took a sample of a sign they had done for me in the past. I emphasized the following:•Large bold lettering that could easily be read from a distance.•Wanted address to be as big & bold as possible to make it standout.•Wording printed on the page sideways to make the sign the largest & widest possible.•Clear, crisp, bold font to make the sign pop & grab people's attention.•Heavy card stock that would hold up outside for a few days. Was told, they would get it typed up & email it to me for approval. I requested they call me to let me know the email had been sent & was waiting for my approval because I have a lot of problems with emails going to my spam folder. They called me later that day. After reviewing it, I called, made a change in wording & waited for them to call me to let me know the updated version had been emailed.I didn't receive another call that day or by close of business the following day. Later that night I found the updated version buried in my spam file, which is the reason I requested they call me in the first place. When I opened the file, the changes I requested had been made. I couldn't tell the actual size of the lettering, the actual full size of the sign or the thickness of the card stock. Since I had already discussed & requested those details prior, I didn't think I needed to mention those details again.I approved it, sent it back & followed up with a call to Scrapper's Edge the following morning to confirm the signs would be ready that afternoon. When I picked up the signs I was disappointed. The size of the lettering & over all size of the signs were not as large as I expected or requested. The font was fine but with the lettering being smaller, the sign didn't pop, couldn't be read easily from a distance & the card stock was not heavy duty.Because I usually work directly with the owner, I've never had a problem before. I think the owner has a better understanding about how to create a sign that stands out. Next time I will know to be more firm about size, quality of card stock & other requests and double check these details.I've been doing business with Scrapper's Edge for years and plan to continue doing business with them.

From start to finish, my experience ordering wedding invitations with Scrapper's Edge was phenomenal! To my surprise they were much more affordable than Staples or Costco, so supporting this local business was a no brainer. Their email and phone communication was prompt and professional. They were straightforward with their options and pricing. The employees who helped me were personable and I could tell they actually cared about doing a good job with my project. To top it off, they had my order ready in less than 24 hours. Thank you, Scrapper's Edge!

I’ve been using Scappers edge since 2017 for all of our flyers, business pamphlets and miscellaneous prints. They are always prompt, punctual and speedy with their service, and they always greet me with a smile. Also, they have managed to continually do emergency orders for our business last minute and get them done with the quickness. I appreciate their services and excellent customer service definitely one of my favorite local businesses.

Back at the beginning of the year I got a text one evening from a relative asking if my uncle was with me. He hadn't returned home the night before and no one could find him. As the hours ticked by it became clear he was "missing" and various extended family members organized to look for him. I took on the tasks of social media and flyer printing. I came up with a flyer with a full color photo of him and his car at like 10pm. Then I hemmed and hawed - my home printer wasn't up to the task. Staples opened a little earlier and was closer to my house, but I was worried they'd have inflexible corporate policies, and I knew Scrapper's Edge did quality work and had real, knowledgeable, problem-solving people on the other end of the line. I submitted my flyer order through Scrapper's Edge's online ordering site at 11pm-ish and added a note that it was a missing persons flyer and I would pay extra for them to print it first thing in the morning. The next morning I called ten minutes after they opened and the very nice man who answered assured me that they were already working on it and would send me a text message when it was ready for pickup - no extra charge for the rush job. I was also able to buy thumb tacks to put them up with. My uncle was found safe later that day! I highly recommend Scrapper's Edge for all your paper crafting and printing needs. They're community-minded folks.
