I stopped in a month ago and was wowed by a female employee who delivered excellent customer service. Not only was she friendly from the get go, but I accidently filled my coffee cup too high and she helped balance it into a larger cup. She didn't have to do that and she was very kind about it. I already like Pinnacle gas station markets, but this one is special because of her. I wish I knew her name to give a shout out.

They have full service if that's your thing. Prices are normal. The best part? The Mexican food truck in the parking lot. Amazing tacos and they have goat birria!!! The owner speaks basic English so order clearly and be impressed with the taste!

They are always cordial and helpful. The mini mart has lots of different items. It's clean and well kept.

Asked cashier Devon I wanted somebody to fill up my car and it took 10 minutes to fulfill. I appreciate customer service that's not lazy. Thumbs down.

I was doing business daily with this shell station while I was between homes sleeping in my car, and I thought these were nice people, until an employee stole my sheet of credit cards, food stamp card, and my green card I've been carrying since the early 70's and cannot be replaced, out of my car while I was in the bathroom... DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this SHELL STATION...!!! or any in Northern California for it is own by a famous race car driver who could care less about you...

I've had very mixed experiences here. During the day it's usually alright. Someone might come out and pump your gas for you even. But dont bother at night. Night staff is rude and lazy. I wont complain if theres a long line, but if your cashier is going to insult my appearance while I wait (Im short, trans and look young, apparently that makes for plenty of material to pick on me for) and other staff are just going to stand around and watch, like come on. Is it so much to ask for the staff to respect the customers?? Buy your gas anywhere else. Theres a Chevron just a quarter mile further down the road and the man who runs that one is very polite, earnest and kind. Two stars for shell, and I'm being generous.

The older lady behind the counter is homophobic as all hell. I literally watch her slow down her service for me, i know exactly what it looks like as i work in the sevice industry as well. Ive only lived here in town for a little while and its the closest station so i go there often and shes done a great part in making me feel unwelcome here.

Friendly employees clean station and restroom and they also will pump your gas for you and fill your tires
