Card readers and app don't work, I've had to call to have the charge start every time. Takes about ten minutes to get started. Otherwise pretty good at car charging.Update: stops charging sometimes, doesn't always notify you. Stay with the car and make sure it charges here.

Super hard to activate and $0.56/kWh. But works with Tesla with CCS adapter. Unless you're truly in a bind use the Electrify America or Tesla Supercharger down the street.
