“This is a double review: 1). The petite UPS store on Harris has everything needed for shipping. PLUS, they sell jars of local honey. They are always helpful and friendly. 2). To the local UPS delivery person: I made an error on my address and the UPS delivery driver figured out the transposed numbers and found me, found my house. What a great thing to do!! “Central copy is my go to for affordable photocopies on their self service machine. Because i show up there alot the helpful friendly staff allow me to do my own thing. There is a large counter for sorting, stapling, 3hole punch, this is a huge timesaver, as it saves me the stress of hauling it home with no desk space to finish the job. The two staff persons are exceptional and hard working!”

“Just stopped here to print rental applications from my thumb drive. While I was finishing my print job I asked the employee running the department for a bag. He did better and got me a box I could hold in one hand for my half ream of paper! I appreciate this since I use a walking stick. Then I left my thumb drive behind and this kind person ran it out to me in the rain before I left. My thanks and I wish I could recommend him for bonus.”

“Needed to mail a package while in Eureka Ca and I found this Post Office conveniently located downtown on H Street. The building looks like a historic building and when you walk into the lobby its like your going back in time. The old tile work is cool and neat to see the old mailboxes.I went about 10am and they had no line, I was able to get in and out. Lots of free parking around the building. They have free USPS shipping boxes and they sell tape and other size boxes if you need them.. The clerks were very professional and polite. Glad I found this spot and I would certainly return if I have to mail something again.”

“Went to ship a TON of packages and was all fluster from such a busy morning myself, however, Cinna helping me was so kind and so patient. She was lovely and assured me I was well prepared just needed 2 small things before I could ship it. I cannot stress enough how extremely patient she was with me. I usually ship item through Arcata (never had any issues) but I think I'll be going through eureka now because of her! Thank you again Cinna!”

“Quick and friendly service. Honestly, at first, i didnt like the service I was getting at this place. I regularly would go to the Old Town location because I can't always find parking at the Henderson Center PO. So, if I go early in the morning, parking is better and I'm in-and-out in 10 minutes. Now, that these employees see me several times a week, they've had a nicer composure with me -- even taking the time to answer questions and starting random conversation with me. To me, its weird a job, lotsa hours and probably boring, so i take that into consideration when the employees dont behave up to par. Otherwise, they do a fairly good job for what it's worth.”
