If the Mall T mobile was not bad enough, try this place. Bottom line if you are not making a purchase then they dont want to help you. Checking into Verizon this week.

I have been trying to transfer my number from my mothers account to an account of my own. I went into this store to which the employee told me that my mother need to call and release the phone number to me, then I could come back and they would work with me to set up my own account. Yesterday I went in hoping that they would help me. There were at least 5 employees in the store at this time and only one other customer. I requested assistance in setting up a new account as I did what was said to me the previous time I had come in. The same employee that I talked to last time told me that I had to call customer service to set up the new account and that they were unable to in the store. I waited 40 minutes on hold before I drove off frustrated that I was not helped by the employees who were scrolling on their deivices presumably doing nothing.I called customer service again today, I started the transfer process before curiosity got the best of me and I asked the lady on the phone if the store was able to help me with this process, to which she responded that the store could have helped me and that she saw no reason why they weren't able to at that time.Moral of the story is, the employees in there do nothing with their time and turn people away and lie straight to their face so they don't have to do their job. At this point, I don't even want to use this service provider anymore. Maybe I'll try a seperate store.

there are two T-mobile stores in Eureka - we needed something simple - a new sim card for a 2G phone. Not only did they refuse to help, they mocked the phone (which is actually a fantastic phone we are not willing to give up until it literally stops working, if that ever happens(. so far, it works. there was zero reason for the staff to refuse to help us. and really disgusting that they mocked the phone. this happened a few months ago - but the need for a new sim card happened again and I knew not to go to this store to ask for help. I went to the Bayshore Mall store, and these staff there didn't think they could help me, but they did anyway!!! And they successfully put a sim card in the 2-G phone even though they are trained to say 2-G doesn't work any more. Yes, they 2-G phones still work and may people are devoted to them. Nobody should be forced to buy a new phone simply because they still use a 2-G phone and need a sim card replacement.the staff at this store needs to be trained to care about the customer experience.

When I went in a heavy set guy that looked like the plumber from family guy asked if he could help without even getting up. All other associates were busy except a scrawny wierd looking chick playing on her phone. He then quoted me 200 over what any other mobile company quoted. Hope they can get some better associates.

I was trying to "port" my phone number from another carrier to T-Mobile. After spending an hour or so on the phone with a customer service representative who could not help me, she suggested that the representatives at the store could easily fix the problem. When I went into the store, the representative there insisted that they could not help me because my ID did not exactly match my name on the account. I subsequently spent a total of about 12 hours on the phone with customer service representatives, none of whom were able to help. That last person I spoke to told me that there was no such policy and that I needed to return to the store for assistance. When I did return to the store, the manager fixed the problem within a few minutes, though he tried to argue with me about how much time I spent and offered no apology for the amount of time I wasted trying to resolve what turned out to be a routine issue. I would say that the general attitude in the store is that they are very unwilling to go out of their way at all to be helpful. My experience was very similar to Desten's below.

Staff was not knowledgeable nor did they seem to care much about my issues. I knew more than they did about different options. I've had great service here in the past but will pass on this location next time I need help or want to buy items.

I have an excellent contract on sprint & they did everything within their power to try & kick me off this contract & onto a contract with twice the monthly price. Every step of the way they were dishonest & tried to financially hurt me, to benefit corporate.Took 2 months to solve phone issue, in this time, I had no phone & still had my bill to pay. Yhey kept trying to put me back on the sprint network, had to repeatedly remind them that I knew that the sprint network is being shut down in a couple of months. Their offered solution was a phone which also wouldn't work in my situation.Multiple visits, hours of time, t-mobile complaints were left unanswered. I hear US Cellular is really good in the Humboldt area.

Lance, Enrique and the team makes this store a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Lance is very insightful and knowledgeable about all things technology. He communicates and works with his team efficiently. Lastly, they handled the whole Sprint merger thing for us with care.
