They lied to me over the phone, said they could do my service & when I showed up 6 HOURS LATER were giving me a 'song & dance' about why/how they couldn't!!! THOROUGHLY INCOMPETENT!!!

I used to love this place... Now I will never go back!!!
I had been there in the past for tire service and was beyond happy with them.
I went there for rear brake service. They informed me that they must do a break inspection at a cost of $70, if I go forward with service the $70 will be applied towards my bill.
They got my van in that day and got to work on it right away... An hour and fifteen minutes later they call to say they were done. I went to pick up my van and talk to them and was a bit disappointed at what they said.
First they missed a rubber boot that was damaged and at the end of its life... Not that big of a deal, it just means they weren't that thorough.
Second... The price of the parts was through the roof!!! I know shops mark up parts but this was ridiculous!!! I don't know what the mark up percentage is, they wouldn't tell me, but I believe that it's pretty close to 100%.
Even with all of this I was considering moving forward with them because I didn't want to waste the $70 I had already spent.
Then the worst thing happened!!! 24 hours after leaving their shop I found that my hood was unlatched!!! They had pulled the hood release lever and never closed my hood and allowed me to drive off their lot like that. Thank god that I didn't pull onto the freeway.... I COULD HAVE BEEN KILLED!!!!
I returned to Gosselins to speak with them about all of this. They were quite defensive to say the least. They insisted that they didn't open my hood... I'm 100% positive that they did!!! They made some excuses for their sky high prices for parts witch I found ridiculous and informed me that they would never work on my vehicle again, I replied that I could never trust them to work on my vehicle again. They said have a nice day and good buy... I then asked for the $70 inspection fee back as they did such a poor job and risked my life.... They refused.
That's my story. You decide for yourself if you want to go here or not.... I advise against it.

1. the people at Gosslin's are beyond fun and respectful to interact with, Ron helped me get a new set of rims when the previous owners rims (replica wheels) were destroyed from a flat tire, found me a good price for some beautiful candy apple red Konig rims and have been on my car ever since (roughly 2yrs maybe more)
2. The prices are fair and quality, they even throw me other companies for special needs such as cosmetic fixes etc.
3. Everything I have ever gotten here has been extremely reliable. I had some tire sensors installed a couple years back and those sucker's are still working even in mountain terrain and weather i.e. 100°+ weather, and dirt as far as the eye can see, snow, and fires, yet the rims and sensors are factory fresh (minus the obvious rock chips that come with the area), no pothole or expensive sounding bumps have caused damage to either. I have and will keep recommending this place.

Had a flat tire over the weekend due to a nail. I called Monday morning to get in for a tire repair and inspection. The service was timely. The staff friendly and nice. TP Tire was my go to for tire service for years before they closed. Gosselin & Sons Tire will now be my tire service place!!

I had a new tire replaced and installed on my Ford F250 4x4, on 9/15/2023. How long do you guarantee your tires for? That tire is deflating rapidly. We do not see any damage to it. Do you have any partners near San Diego, CA which is where I am at?

Gosselin's helped me out of a bind when I got a nail in the sidewall of my only slightly worn tires. Because our vehicle is AWD, I needed a replacement tire with identical wear. I found a used tire with slightly more tread, and they were able to shave it down to match mine. They saved me from having to buy a new set of tires. Thank you Gosselin's -- I'll be getting my tires from you going forward!

Dropped my car off for new tires. In the process, the technician noticed a couple of things that needed repair. I brought my car back the following week for the repairs and wheel alignment. The work was finished by the time that had been quoted. Love the new tires, wheel alignment, and repairs. Thanks Gosselin!
