I have used many UPS stores and the customer service at this store far exceeds any of the others I have been to. Kat (Cat?), Eric and everyone else there always make seemingly difficult shipping situations a breeze. Top notch store!

Terrible customer service. They didn't help solve anything and became defensive, yelling and disrespectful. Very disappointing.

Horrible. The people are nice enough but have no sense of customer service or work ethic when the store is full of customers. So frustrating to stand in line for 20 minutes and the line did not move. Three employees walking around looking around not doing anything. The east coast cutoff time came and went and 5 minutes after the cutoff time one of them started helping customers. Customer service is horrible.

Was here recently and staff super helpful even when busy! Will be going today later and know all will go well thank you for all you do staff! Great staff make a business run smoothly for customers are keepers!

The staff was personable, efficient and knowledgeable. In and out in under five minutes with an AT&T product return. Will absolutely be using this place for future shipping needs.

They will not answer the phone at all. Tried for over 30 minutes to try to call the store and it keeps going to a voicemail leave your message. Very very upset about this

Fantastic people and service.
We needed physical help as we couldn't bring everything in from car due to disabilities. Wonder gentleman came to car with a cart and put everything on from our car, 3 trips. A god send.
Love him and the other staff who made this an unforgettable

Walking in you have to go through a human waste stench, as the homeless apparently use this entryway as a toilet. Then I thought I must have interrupted a deal of some kind. The employees were NOT happy to help me. I definitely interrupted something unrelated to UPS. I was only returning packages, just needed them to scan 2 codes. Now my orders have not been refunded, the packages were never checked in, and I will not be going back to inquire. I am glad I got a receipt. Gross. I'll never go to this location again.

Ordered the wrong size shoes. Got them today and took them to the UPS store. Showed the qr code and was on my way. Friendly fast service that we can all appreciate!!!?

I need to ship a package out. Employees seem rude and short. Why be in customer service if you can’t be bothered to talk to customers

Be prepared to spend close to $1000 on shipping and to have many of your items broken beyond repair. Don't bother asking for insurance because they won't put it on so they can screw you over. And when they ask what's in the packages and you say glass, they will put down that they are clothing. And when you bring up these issues, there is no accountability, only money hungry corporate grubs. Thank you for shattering my belongings that I've spent years collecting. Many of them were from people who are now dead, and literally irreplaceable. Do not expect the service you pay for here, they will shatter your expectations.

They lost my package. 3 times. My package never moved. Some of the workers there I believe stold my packages.. some of the workers are thief's. I won't be going back here ever again. I will start going to Clark Street ups. I hope in the future you put them under arrest and close this store down permanently. We had proof. Corrupted workers.
