They are so sweet every time I go in and they always call me by my name. They are extremely professional, but always down to earth. Thats why I stay with them..

I was a former Union Bank Customer who was affected by the change to U.S. Bank. Chris "the manager" at U.S. Bank was extremely rude and unprofessional. I will not bank at a institution where I do not feel comfortable therefore I withdrew all of my money, closed my accounts and went elsewhere. The manager of U.S. Bank spoke to me in a demeaning unethical manner. This bank does not even deserve one star. The customer service is horrible. U.S. Bank was not prepared for the transition at this branch and it showed through the angry manager Chris.

I am so grateful that Temi was able to help me today at the euclid/Federal Blvd branch. She was so patient, and took the time to make sure I had everything needed. She went above and beyond. By far the best customer service I have experienced at any bank. Thank you, Temi!

Ugh this branch is the worst. Dirty, less than happy tellers, ATM out of service. Don't come here.

I was at this branch this Monday May 10th to do my business deposits from the weekend, the teller insisted on hand counting my deposits and she had two automatic state of art money counters next to her, when I requested her to use her counters instead of hand counting and wasting my time, she put my deposits out and said I can be polite or go to another branch, I talked to another teller about issue of waiting for too long and she said that maybe the counters are broken but the same teller verified the money the second time with her automatic counters. Very rude customer service at this location, the lady with long braided bleached hair was rude and kept me for over 30 minutes to finish my deposits and then said yes I was quick and you have the rest of your day left to enjoy. I don't think it is tellers choice to tell me which branch to deposit my money and they can separate and make their cash pretty after the guests leave and on thier own time. If I had the choice, I would never bank with usbank. Awful customer service at this branch try to void it at all costs.

This is about the US Bank on Federal Blvd. In the past I would rate this bank 5 stars but recently I am finding the bank closed. Now I have had to find out that this location is going to be closed the entire week. I found this out on the US Bank website. There is no notice that this location is going to be closed for the entire week on their door (4/5/21 thru 4/11/21) The web site also lists many more up and coming "Temporary Closed" dates. I am not feeling secure with my money at this bank any longer. I spoke with a few customers outside this bank and all were wondering what was going on and their concerns about their money. The is so much garbage taped to the door that you can barely see the notice saying " Temporarily Closed Today" Time to bail from this bank!

Was falsely accused of fraud just yesterday, then addressed to go to another bank location when I signed up there with a new account with us bank just recently this month. Terrible customer service with two of the tellers I had to deal with. Planning to close my account asap!Don't need that kind of trouble, harrassment and disrespect from the workers to treat me differently than others. I wasn't even being difficult and just needed help. I felt discriminated and almost had a panic attack while they act like it didn't bother them a single bit. Thanks to the personal banker who was the only one to help assist my simple needs which I had to wait about 30 minutes at the bank in total because their atm didn't function right with transactions. Multiple customers had the same troubles and I was single handed picked out to be put in the waiting area and suggested to visit another bank location was a very upfront rude and unprofessional knowing I was a POC. Doesn't make me a easy target for your lack of or phoniness. I immediately felt less of a person and degraded;not looking forwarded to future businesses or further investments. Sorry but you didn't even apologize for the inconvenience you've caused me throughout myday. Bad business. No thank you.

When we arrived Nautica was completely rude and told us that they closed in just 4 minutes. We accidentally thought it was closed at 6, that part is our mistake! To be fair, I understand politely telling a customer a business is about to close, but her attitude was VERY apparent. I guess the world is grouchy, we are all experiencing this virus together but we did not appreciate how when we asked her how we would need to go about cashing our checks she was extremely annoyed. We recently got married and the checks have both of our names, trouble is I still have my maiden name since all of of the legal documents are lagging. She just looked away and told us that we'd either have to go to 3 separate banks or come back another day because it takes 45min to add me to my husbands account. The situation is a bummer already please don't make it worse with a bad attitude. Just next time please just politely explain you are about to close, we would have understood. Half of us aren't working right now so coming across any money and being able to deposit it is a big deal. Speaking of people now working you'd think for someone with a job they'd be pretty thankful and not so unpleasant.

Great place to have a business meeting. They have a great meeting space upstairs and it is always clean and tidy. The elevator is always clean and working well. There is a seating area for meeting breaks and also a restroom for meeting attendees.

This is a customer service compliment for bank employee Bradley A. Trembly. Mr. Trembly assisted me with several account issues; he was patient, a good listener, made suggestions as well as phone calls on my behalf. He went over and above his job requirements and made me feel like a valued customer. US Bank has an exemplary employee in Mr. Trembly!

I've been banking here for 12 years. In that time frame branch manager Jamaal Jackson initially was my personal banker and kept me abreast of every situation that I needed to know about. He learned how I financed and invested. If there was a product did I might be interested in I always welcome him to contact me since he knew what my preferences were. So today, I thought I found a better deal with another bank for a certain type of account. well let me tell you, the grass is not always greener on the other side. So without consulting Mr. Jackson, I closed my account at this branch thinking that I would go elsewhere. Unbenounced to me at the time, my teller who helped close my account, Nautica, informed Mr. Jackson that I had closed my account. By the way I was NOT angry with US Bank or this branch. While I was at a completely different bank I received a phone call from Mr. Jackson. Before I opened up my account at this other bank, I went back and spoke with Mr. Jackson. Not only did he retain my business but he explained a couple of things that I did not know about that I was entitled to. Kudos to both Mr Jackson and Nautica for knowing their clients. I know that I'm not an easy person to please especially when it comes to finances however because of the time Mr Jackson had gotten to know me as a person and an investor he was able to make me happy and make me more money. This branch in particular is on top of it. I don't feel like a number I feel like a valued client. Quite honestly I cannot remember a time when any type of business made me feel this welcome because they knew who I was and what I need. If I could give more than five stars I would.

worst service in San Diego The manager, I think his name is Jamal, is an idiot. Every time I make a withdrawal, if it's over $200, his tellers have to get approval from him, and he is clueless. I have banked there 10 years, no overdrafts, returned items, etc. But it always takes him 30 minutes or so to approve anything over $2,000. Today, I have over $30,000 in account and need $8,000. He says he wants to call and see if a deposit from last week (local cashier's check for $22,500) cleared, but he doesn't know how to use fedwire and says he needs to call. Then, just to be a dick, he hands the teller the check and walks away. Not only didn't apologize for taking so long, he knows (should know, he is so dumb he likely didn't) she isn't allowed to keep that much in her drawer, and I could see no one was around to help her get money out of vault, but I look and he's sitting on his ass at his desk chatting with another employee. Well, I finally get my $ and with no line when I entered it took 45 minutes. It is usually 20-30; they stink. Thanks Jamal, I am closing my business and personal accounts, and going elsewhere thanks to your poor service and jealousy. Even your employees say you're a twit.
